Nadal, u got good advice from Gambudu.
But in addition, always keep at least two copies of all ur documents for future reference. Dat is in both plain format and after being signed and filled. Also, save copies on PC or mobile phone in pdf, doc or even jpg formats. As for me, I have d pdf formats of d plain printouts in pc. And I took pics of d filled forms. This way I have my application details at hand always. U need ur applicant id for d test.

Ijebaby: PortHarcourt centre live. Thank God I'm through with my med. and result screening (1st stage). For the medicals, they checked for height and BP only. Results like Bsc, Waec, birth certificafe or age declaration also checked. Then u submit all ur photocopies before leaving. They said nothing concerning when the aptitude test will take place.....Pls u guys should be very careful about that 24th date, no one is sure before u MISS it. Just hang around don't travel. ADVICE!!!

In Lagos centre, dont depend on dat. Just make sure u are there 8am latest.
Each state is arranged on a seperate line. And names are called to rearrange the lines according to NAF's list. So note ur spot; those behind & in front of u. So u dont get lost. Gist with neighbours so they recognise u too. If u miss ur spot, u'll be delayed & frustrated a little b4 being screened.
On day 2 in Lagos centre, delta started with height & tattoo checks while enugu or other started credentials check. So its random after lines have being arranged.

No. just height & toes check to be sure u are fit. No disability whatsoever.

Take note of those in front of & behind u, so u dont get lost. Go early, 7am.

Officers: Sit down there. So u wan come be my oga; u go see. No marriage for women until after 3 yrs in service. U cannot serve ur husband and serve d force. U must choose one.

In Lagos, it was yansh down. No standing.
No BP check. One Photocopy of each & every document to be submitted in a brown envelope having your name, state of origin & Applicant ID written on it. Originals of birth, NYSC, BSc & O'Level certificates are to be presented for sighting & records.
Test on 24th for all. Come with only a blue biro & ur acknowledgement card & nothing else for the test.

For the timing and/or consequences of lateness, I have no idea.
Ur LG of origin cert must contain ur state on it. So dat covers it.
Go & process ur docs ASAP. Also, check dis thread regularly for updates. Or better still, get d contact of someone writing in d same state as u.

Was invited but I don't think I'll make it even though the centre is close to my house. Reason: dunno how favourable this job will be for a married woman (funny that I realised it only after applying lol!). Truth is, after applying, I got an aptitude test invite for another job which I love more and I'm very hopeful that if it's transparent, I'd get that job.

Go for d screening. if u get d other job later, u can ignore NAF. There is still a long way to go after d screening.

she was in a bad mood and needed a little space to think things through. so nxt time she says "nothing wrong" give her about 20mins b4 asking again.

it costs N4000. limit is 3990MB. That's about 4GB. Time is 9pm to 7am. Hope this helps.
Though some people say the time is 8pm to 6am. Will check this out.

My Advice is u get the higher Processor with low RAM cos u can easily increase the RAM size by buying an extra RAM chip. Unlike the processor which u have to change completely just to increase.

Though it's best to buy a PC with a high speed processor and large RAM. Saves stress and ensures efficiency.

I agree Starcomms is dying. Just note: iBoost is useless on IZAP. It's only manageable on CDMA.
