Lord_Reed: I doubt iOS 4.3 would be producing lag. It is actually iOS 5.1.1 on a WiFi only iPad.

Any developer who releases a tweaked iOS version will be so sued his 4th generation won't recover.

The whole essence of rooting is costomization and performance. Personally, ive enjoyed significant improvement in performance, from battery to processor speed to tethering...etc.

Anyway I chose Android over iOS because I prefer the level of customization that Android offers. iPhone is extremely basic and boring to me. Plus the iPhone 5 is too slim and small and makes me sick just looking at it.

When Apple comes out with a large 5 inch phone and makes iOS more customizable with themes and such, then I may just think of an iPhone.

iOS has one big problem. CLOSED OS. ANDROID is an OPEN SOURCE PROJECT (AOSP). So what do you expect?

SURE-P funded parts of the Reconstruction/Rehabilitation/Relaying of the Lagos-Kano Guage system and many of its Spur lines. Apart from the fact that Budgetary funds are NEVER enuf to finish ANY prject in Nigeria and/or (parts of) the funds are not either released at all or released piecemeal, there were many unforeseen problems with the Lagos-Kano Railway Project that were unplanned for, so wasn't part of the budget- esp the problems with some flooded bridges and Akere and parts of Niger State. Had they waited for another Budgetary funding the following year (ie this year) that project would not have been completed by now.

And by the way, the Lines were not just 'maintained'. That is so astonishingly IGNORANT. Gosh!!! Some of the tracks, Bridges, Culverts, Joinings etc were already washed out, Derailed or in some cases even vandalized by some persons. Those tracks, Brides etc had to be Relayed/ Realigned and Reconstructed. Even Most parts of the onging PH-Maiduguri track Rehabilitation project, for instance along Aba, is undergoing a complete Reembarkment of the substructure, reconstruction of the Raised platform (am not to sure now if it is a bridge) and a complete Relaying of new Narrow Guauge tracks. Whoever put it in your head that they were only been 'maintained'??

duality: @ OP go and protest in front of your LGA and STATE GOVT HOUSES first before I can take this tread serious. We just keep putting up topics just to vilify the president. but honestly has it changed any thing? It has not and I don't think it will. This underscores the impotence of these endless GEJ insulting threads. Go and demand God governance at the state and Local govt level or you think they din't receive SURE-P funds. The other day excess crude funds was disbursed; has any of you protested at you various regional and local govt demanding how these found were specifically utilized?

I'm not saying you should't ask the fed govt questions.But things like this gives the Politicians the impression that the Fed Govt is the wicked father and is hated, while their ineptitude is condoned.

Rather that opening endless threads on GEJ, why cant the civil society and all those who feel concerned monitor these founds from Abuja down to the LGAs and Protest if not well utilized.

I have been looking for SURE P projects from state and LGAs (even if its propaganda) I've not seen any. or did they not collect any kobo from SURE P?
