2. You can use your online printout with the scratch card to get your unconditional offer but prepare to present the original O'Level result (the one your secondary school will present to you) for visa application.

I have been given a conditional offer at the university of hull. And I have been asked to submit my student transcript and waec result and scratch card

1. Can I upload my student copy of my transcript or do I have to ask my school to send it to them
2. I only have online printing of waec result can I submit that or do I have to apply for the waec certificate
