Last week, my hubby reported me to my parents that I love taking cold drinks and they warned me to desist from it. As it is now, I don't have access to the freezer. During this MS stage, cold drinks have been my saving grace. I don't know how I will survive without cold water. It seems too much fruits and vegetables purge me. The way I purged throughout the week was scary, i had to go for scan to be sure my baby is okay. Thank God, everything is fine.

see my partner o lol i only take chilled water I can't stand lukewarm water my mil is a midwife she says there is nothing wrong with cold water that it is just a superstition she only told me to make sure I do it in moderation


I can't stand fruits and vegetables too I will be purging non stop

amen my own Is evening sickness o not morning I am usually active in the morning and afternoon but feel sick in the evening

I cooked ofada stew with rice this afternoon, I ate very little because I couldn't understand what I was tasting...very bland taste and since then, I have the constant urge to vomit. I can't eat dinner too. I had to drink garri with cold water to suppress it. I take tom tom sweet or chewing gum with peppermint.

I speak constantly to my baby to do me well because it's not easy. Three gbosas to all women out there!!!

I had to drink Garri for dinner yesterday. Nothing is working. I can no longer take tomtom. My tongue has sores

I am not joining this prayer group oo.. That sickly feeling in the pit of your stomach that you can't drink any fluid or eat anything in peace. Vomiting the delicious meal you spent hours cooking.. So annoying. Not being able to brush your teeth in the morning because of fear of vomiting.. Gosh! The worst part about the vomit is that it won't come in peace oo, it will just be drawing your stomach like you want to throw out your intestines, the vomit does not want to know whether there's anything in your stomach or not, it just comes laidat..
Biko I don't want that oo.. It makes pregnancy journey eventful but it's hard! Some days you have to start crying bcs u are very weak and can't eat. I count myself out abeg, the journey just start, other packages dey front but morning sickness, count me out oo..

My sister Biko they don’t understand. I am currently battling nausea. I have a constant urge to vomit but vomit is not coming. That feeling is terrible. I don’t pray for it for anyone See me going every where with cold water and ice block. That’s the only thing that works for few minutes. I want my appetite back

dont be scared. Just keep confessing positively to your baby. By the Grace of God there will be no problem. Just follow doctors advise and rest well. God is in control

Pls I need advice, my mother Inlaw is forcing me to take herbal medicine for 6weeks pregnancy to prevent miscarriage because they said my stomach is hot. I’m so scared to take it, pls has anyone experience it?

Another October mama in the building . I don’t like the idea of taking herbs in early stage. If you read the label on most herbal products they usually write not for pregnant women. Even the ones that are cooked at home are not given to pregnant women

My first baby came easily without me trying to get pregnant But this waiting period has taught me to appreciate What I earlier took for granted. Lord please remember all we TTC mothers

I had my first son December 2017. The pregnancy came quite easily as we were not even planning for a baby. Since then no show. Everyone started asking questions “what are you waiting for? This boy is old enough o! His mates have three younger ones ! I started following advise on “trying to conceive thread” I bought pregnancy test strip tire. The woman I usually buy from advised me around November to stop wasting money on Ptstrip. Lol. I had already given up on having another baby and I started thanking God for my son( at least I have one ). But alas period refuse to come this February o. I used to PT strip as usual but this time around I saw two beautiful lines.

Quite funny

I have it all the time . Once I am in a vehicle whether land sea or air I get sick. No matter the distance. I have had it for as long as I can remember. It even got worse when I was pregnant . But there a few things I do to ease the situation. I always seat by the window put my head outside a little bit and take in fresh air. Whenever I am traveling I buy as much minty sweets as I can (tomtom mentos e.t.c). And the most effective is sleep. Once the vehicle moves I force myself to sleep. I have spoken to a pharmacist about it it once and she prescribed a drug for me. I googled it and I found out it is sleeping pills. It will help you stay calm during the journey Hope it helps
And I don’t think it is caused by the smell of petrol. I have traveled by air land and water and it is the same motion sickness. Although some people become nauseated by the smell of petrol (that is not motion sickness)
