I am a Madrid fan, a Messi fan, but most importantly a football fan.I won't let my admiration for Messi cloud my judgement.Ronaldo is better than Messi.
Rather stick to being a Madrid and Ronaldo fan. No true Madrid fan can pick Messi over Ronaldo... So u are the one whose judgment is clouded.

Politics / Re: BUHARI: I Will Not Treat Nigerians Equally!! Video by Ladysmith1: 3:03pm On Jul 24, 2015
PMB replied: Yes, I hope you have a copy of the election results. Literally, constituencies, for example, that gave me 97% cannot in all honesty be treated, on some issues, with constituencies that gave me 5%. I think these are political realities. While certainly there would be justice for everybody; everybody would enjoy his constitutional rights. But, the party, in constituencies, by their either sheer hardwork they made sure that they got their people to vote and to ensure that their votes count, they must feel that the government has appreciated the efforts they put in putting the government in place. I think this is really fair.
By constitution, no state can be excluded from government. So even if I want to show gratitude to those constituencies that heavily voted for me against those that didn't even vote for me, they have the protection of the government. And I've made an undertaken that I belong to everybody, I belong to nobody. If I come clearly and show and marginalize a group, because they didn't vote for me, then I have already contradicted myself. And I'm sure people would be too quick to pick that against me.

For those that could not watch the video, this is the full transcript of the question asked by Dr Pollen Baker and the reply given by PMB.
Dr Pollen Baker: Mr President, Welcome. I've been a student of Nigeria for many years and first of all, I want to tell you that I've never seen such a hopeful attitude towards Nigeria and the United States since your election; So I think we all here want you to succeed.
My question relates to another area of Nigeria that hasn't gotten much attention during this trip and that is the Niger Delta. It is a challenge that you are going to face, and I wonder if you would tell us how you intend to approach with particular reference to the amnesty, bunkering and inclusion, the inclusive development.

LOL.

While PMB's statement in the 1st half of his response is something that should never come out of the mouth of a president of a multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multi-cultural nation as Nigeria, he should also remember that the election that made him our president is probably the most publicly, openly and ethnically polarized election in the history of Nigeria. I am also glad that he caught himself and tried to mitigate the level of negativity in the statement.

However, I do hope that the first statement is not an indication of his real intentions and if they were I do hope that VP Osibanjo will preach forgiveness and fairness to him because that is very critical to his success as the president of Nigeria. He needs to know, also, that 2015 is very different from 1984. The world has changed a lot and people have a great level of unfettered access to information and info dissemination media. Regardless of how their spokesmen interpret their statements and actions or whatever paid and unpaid journalists write, just like GEJ, PMB unwittingly writes his own history, through the keypads of observant citizens, on facebook, twitter, youtube etc and his statements, actions and inaction will either seal his place in Nigeria's hall of fame or hall of shame. He has 4 yrs to chose which it will be.

By the way, I felt ashamed that my president did not understand the meaning of "inclusive governance". It's quite a shame for anyone seriously involved in politics or governance to not understand that term. I just dey wonder what those folks there (and those that see this video afterwards) will think of Nigeria's intellectuals and even GMB.
Hmm... Nice comment. I very much agree with the sentiments u expressed in ur comment. I'm glad PMB was able to catch himself on time when he realized how poorly he was with the answer. Though I think the answer he gave was basically out of context. The problem I had with PMB is not in the answer itself, but the fact that he couldn't intelligently answer a question so specific. He never mentioned anything about Niger Delta in his answer, how he intends to approach issues relating to this region, with particular reference to amnesty, bunkering and inclusive development. This was the question Dr Pollen Baker asked. So my disappointment lies first in the fact that he struggle to understand the question asked in simple and plain English and second, in the fact that he answered unintelligently. He should really work on his listening skills and his language.

Politics / Re: Jonathan Ministers Sold One Million Barrels Of Oil Per Day- Buhari by Ladysmith1: 3:08pm On Jul 22, 2015
Does Buhari know how much oil is produced in Nigeria per day? And he is claiming that some ministers sold 1 million barrels per day!!! Nigeria at the moment is producing at the rate of about 2.3million barrels per day. The numbers are far too exaggerated. Buhari should stop making ludicrous claims to cover up his cluelessness. He needs to start with the change already and stop all these wild claims... Sai Baba, abeg start work!!!

Is Saraki bigger than Akume or more matured? Akume was asked to let go Lawal and he did. Is Lawal more known to Nigerians than Akume? Saraki was Desperate. Over ambitious and has really done APC damage.

Smh, so I have to make my decisions based on what obama/america does? You are very smart my dear.
Smh too... My dear, as I said, do whatever works for u. Forget about how smart or not I am... That is hardly the discussion here. Buh if being smart means graduating with a first class in Petroleum Engineering, I guess I am smart.
Anyways, all I asking is for him to test his belief... And see how far it would take him.

No I don't. Why are you shocked? kiss
The US President wud say... GOD bless America. I just think u should believe in what works for u... The US citizens believe in God and it works for them. If a people so great should believe in God, how much more a people passing through so much struggle...
Believe in what works for you, nobody will crucify u for that...
Buh I have one thing for the Op. Please if u are still under ur parents care and protection and they believe it is God who provides and u don't believe in that God, I think u own it to urself and to ur parent to leave ur home and practice what u believe in.
If it is by ur own very power u do all u do, I'm very sure u would survive without help from your parents...
Please leave the house and that way test ur believe... We own it to ourselves to test what we believe in, don't we?

I agree. If I were the guy, I wud nip the relationship in its bud that day but the lady is definitely not going with the bag. Think about it this way; the lady probably doesn't have up to #100k in her account and she took a bag worth 250k.

hopeless and backward igbo people, you people never like a better thing for this country. You will die very soon while we enjoy the service of this new innovation in Nigeria. Useless igbos
I always do not understand the need people have to call names. Why label a whole tribe hopeless, backward and useless? Must one do that to make one's voice heard? I just wished our education would make us more civilized such that we do not attack personalities but issues and situations...
I wish all Nigerians stop calling names, and become less emotional in issues like these...
