X is not happy being forced to increase salary because he wants to leave. If he stays back, they will so deal with him that he will even resign. We know them well.

Is this transactions different from the one of Tuesday where they informed us of share buy back from UBA?
pls i need clarifications from this transactions.is it in favour of UBA shareholders or APR shareholders since both stocks are listed differently and ever since UBA divested from APR,nothing holds them in common again.

Guinness Nigeria Plc plans to raise about N40 billion from its shareholders through a rights issue that may provide window for its parent company to increase controlling shareholding. Shareholders are expected to meet later this month to ratify the plan. Livestock Feeds Plc has also received approvals to raise about N1.1 billion new equity funds from its shareholders. Livestock Feeds plans to undertake a rights issue of 1.0 billion ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at a price of N1.10 per share. Union Bank of Nigeria (UBN) Plc also plans to raise N50 billion new equity funds from existing shareholders of the bank

Hi guys!

I've been trying to process my E-mandate form at GTB for a while now all to no avail. Shareholder's number is being requested and I've provided them with the number on the dividend warrant sent to me by the registrars. I've been to two branches with the same result. I'm being told that details of my account could not be found and I've confirmed my shareholder number with the registrars. Has anyone encountered such or has an idea of what this 'shareholder number' is?
