issued frm FORCE HQTRS abj. Pls u guyz shld be careful. Fake permits r so rampants in the north, bt down south
one cld easily be caught.

as lai said, tints can neva be issued tru a third party no matta ur status in the society. its beta we all knw wat we wanna do.
