Hi everyone,

I joined becos of this post o, actually,

I am presently weighing 77kg. My goal is to lose 10kg, and get to 67kg. I am 5ft 10. I love food, and hate exercising.

My meal for today (unintentional)

Breakfast: Beans
Mid meal: Rice, plantain, and 4 pieces of meat
Lunch: Jollof Rice, plantain, and 4 pieces of meat
Dinner: 1 whole loaf of bread. (the big loaf) and one quater of small blue band

No exercise at all.
I dont normally eat like this o.

Tomoro would be better lagbara olorun
