I can't try to implement such a design because I think it won't be efficient and the main purpose of PHP as a language for building dynamic sites will be rendered almost useless.

See, if you truely want to pass your UTME, then you don't need to primarily focus on past questions! Just get the syllabuses. The sylabuses will guide you on where to study and where to skip. With this method, (and of course with GOD), i was able to score 279 during my time, meanwhile my friends who were busy with ast questions never crossed 200. I am not boasting, because I heard someone scored 380!

I think this is wrong... To convert from Celcius to Fahrenheit, just multiply the given value by 180 and divide by 100. Finally add 32 to the answer you get... Easy right? So, converting 5 degree Centigrade to Fahrenheit gives:

9 + 32 = 41 Degree Fahrenheit

And the passports were taken with a mobile phone; non-printable. You either pay this additional fee or you leave... This was made known to candidates after they've paid N8,500 for the main purpose of registration, which made the total cost of processing the form about N10,000.
