We Paid an Agency which is RapidVisa.com who has been guiding us all this year ... So when I got the approval notice on my case tracker app I mailed then for the next stage on what. Be preparing for . The wrote back and on their platform their is a link to register directly affidavit of support she can fill and submit to them which I will send a screenshot on here. But what I noticed is that the information in the link you send ain’t the same with what was on their own page and theirs can be edited as a kind of filling and save or Edit and send process... but with the link you shared it can only be printed out and use pen to fill in the appropriate information and scan back to me. pls which should I go for ?? Go with the company we paid over $500 to from scratch ? I hope you understand what I mean ??... Picture 1 is a screenshot from the link you sent ... While picture 2 is on the Company platform to apply and register for affidavit of support .. Thanks so much as I will be patiently waiting for your swift response.

Something other clear to me oo ! The place that’s not clear to me is that place they said while waiting for the NVC letter & NVC Case Number one can start working on affidavit of support (Form I-134)..... Where will that be gotten from and how can it be gotten and what does it entails Abeg ?

Pls House, With respect to the RFE Letter. Where would the Circumstance of meeting Letter be Addressed to or is doesn’t require any address ?? Does it also require signature ?? & Date of the Writer at the end of it ??

Pls House, As regards my RFE The letter of intent to marry is it going to be a single one for Me & My Fiancée & Signed or It’s Separately ?? And is to to be writting only by the petitioner ?? Thanks Bro! I ask her to contact an attorney or Immigration Lawyer ... Although the Agency handling out papers was RapidVisa.. Maybe we can ask them first for what to do cos. I personally wasn’t aware she is going to be loosing such percentage of money from her Drawn Retirements after she re-marries during that 90-Days till this day.

House, I need professional advice on this. My Fiancée Will be 67 next month and retiring soon. Now she is asking if there is any other way we could go about it aside the K-1 Visa After getting an RFE Letter stating what is Required. And her Greatest fear is she is going to loose 60% of her Pension payment if she re-marries. But really got stucked in the middle now and needed to know if there is other way to get me into the states, aside K-1 Ground ? Pls professional advice is urgently needed.

I only said what I did when my fiancée was coming doesn’t mean it’s the shortest root... It’s a 2-ways thing. It’s either it’s obtained there or paid for it at the port of entry to Nigeria here. What works for me might not work for you. Vice Versa.. Doesn’t mean it’s a shortcut.

If you have a good immigration office it’s as very easy as Visa On Arrival, But Not all immigration wants to do it for people cos of the way Nigerians Guy has treated some white woman in the past.. Lodging them in the hotel and swindle them of all their belongings leaving them stranded here. ... Mine came then on Visa On Arrival and Very easy and straight forward ... If you’re ready will introduce you to the Immigration officer at the airport here .. will help in the paper works when she arrive and bring her out for you at the Arrival unit himself .. Pls House, I need and advice on what to do when my NOA-2 Is been Approved.? Am I Eligible to file for K2 For My Son ? Will it still meet up with my Visa Processing time ?? I really need to know what to do and what can be done if I can run my son processing along side with mine cos a friend told me it’s still possible to File K-2 Visa for my son as my Fiancée is insisting and would be happy if I can come along with him. House, Any update on NOA-2 Approval ?? It’s over 7month now haven’t received any mail yet from USCIS about my K-1 Visa Application nah... Can I ask my fiancée to put a call through so as to effect it ?? I have been refreshing my case tracker application everyday yet to be updated. Cos I think for (WAC ) it’s suppose to be 5-7month waiting period nah
