Haaaaaaaaa, enjoy yourself ooo, I am trying to incorporate healthy choice into unhealthy choices I make at this stay at home.

I am baking Lemon Blueberry Bread, instead of using just 1 and 1/3 cups all purpose flour. I divide the ratio into 1/2 cup AP, 1/2 cup AF(Almond flour), 2/4 CF(Coconut flour) and 1/4 OF(oat flour)

Fingers crossed how it comes out, praying for edible bread. If not it's going to the waste Bin

That's a good idea, I just cant get certain healthy stuff here as my people are still hoarding food so I'm just lucky to get some groceries.

I think for dinner, I'm going to boil beans, add some rice add plenty habanero and onion.

No fancy steak, wild salmon, cod, oxtail, etc for now.

I have been doing that but even basic stuff finished ... had pancake for breakfast with last flour I had in cupboard ...

Nothing in my area , they are giving priority to Vulnerable people, nurses, doctors etc so by the time they finish nothing is left .
Only got rice couple days ago but its finished.
