Hotel will be expensive now. Like in Lagos here serviced room go for 30k to 40k per month. But I doubt if that can do you for a week in an hotel. So since houses are cheaper in Ibadan I feel I should be able to get one for 15k to 25k per month. Serviced room around Akoka not lekki or VI oh

I don't think they do serviced room in IB though...
