Good evening Sir, can we do this: AGO CIF TEMA - TERMS/CONDITIONS:

PRODUCT: AUTOMOTIVE GAS OIL

QUALITY: STANDARD DPR EXPORT GRADE

QUANTITY: 10,000 – 50,000MT    



PAYMENT: Blocked fund; MT103 Payable by SWIFT wire transfer to Seller after Q&Q             

DELIVERY: CIF Tema            
DURATION: TO BE MUTUALLY AGREED


AGO (CIF) PROCEDURE/CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT (USD)

1. Seller and Buyer sign and seal contract. Buyer shall return signed SPA to Seller with Tank Farm details, copy of executed Throughput Agreement and receipt, NOR/ETA/MATB format and scan copies of data page of Agent and Inspection Teams’ passport. Parties shall deposit the signed contract in their respective banks and this electronic signed copy of SPA shall be legally binding and enforceable on parties.

2. Buyer blocks 20% of the value (USD) of the entire product in buyer's bank in favour of seller. Buyer's bank notifies seller's bank of blocked funds.  

3. Within two (2) days of receipt and confirmation of blocked funds Seller instructs Vessel Master to issue NOR/ETA to Buyer’s Discharge Port/Tank Farm. Vessel sails upon written acknowledgment of NOR.

4. Upon arrival of vessel at Buyer’s Discharge Port, Vessel Master announces arrival to Harbour Master mentioning Buyer’s name and issues MATB to Buyer’s Inspection Team to board for calibration of tanks and sampling of product, after which, Inspector disembarks with samples for Q&Q analysis.

5. Upon release of Q&Q report to Buyer and Seller, Buyer’s bank releases the 20% blocked fund to the Seller and places MT103 for full value of the product (less 20%). Vessel connects discharge hoses to Buyer’s storage facility and cargo is discharged into Buyer’s storage tank.

6. Seller issues Commercial Invoice or Payment Advice based on the ascertained quantity on Q&Q report. Cargo documents are provided in Buyer’s name “except Certificate of Ownership” and submitted to Buyer’s bank for payment.

7. Buyer’s bank makes full cargo payment within two (2) banking days, via MT103 SWIFT wire transfer to Seller’s bank. Certificate of Ownership, in Buyer’s name, is submitted to Buyer/Buyer’s bank upon confirmation of receipt of full payment for the Cargo.

8. Upon satisfactory completion and confirmation of payment, parties, by mutual agreement may extend the contract for subsequent shipments.
