Atiku never had a case.
At knew very well that Buhari went to school.
Atiku should have known that the issue of INEC server will not hold water as electronic voting is not part of our electoral process therefore any server own by INEC will be considered as internal measure for whatever purpose.
He talked about his victory over Buhari going by results that were transmitted to the server, unfortunately no single Nigerian, not even his fans voted electronically, so there was no way result could have been transmitted electronically. We were only accredited electronically, in that case, one can only be asking to check accredited figures if he/she suspect over voting(that is voting in excess of number of people that were accredited in a particular area or state).
Atiku talked about security personnel collaborated to rig election in favour of Buhari but there was no substantial evidence to prove it.
To worsened the matter, Atiku's key witness said it was whistle blower that told him about INEC server.
Do you actually expect tribunal to rule in favour of Atiku base on hear say?
