Let me share my experience with you. I was among the GTs for NLNG in 2013. We did Waec test, another test which I forgot the body that conducted the test, then SHL test, passed all, only to be screened out before AC. I felt very bad when I got the regret mail,
Today, I am managing somewhere of which I can feed my family and pay my bills.
To my surprise, those who were invited for AC were never employed till date, the thread is here on NL. So trust God on this, don't you ever accept defeat, there are thousands in this who began like you, the story always change for the better, remember, no condition is permanent.
You will look back later and smile over this ish

First of all and yet again, big congratulations to those that made it and also those that were wait listed. And for those that got the other mail, well what can I say? I have shared my story on here a few times. If anything, it should encourage yall. I empathise and sympathise with you all but my heart bleeds for my one and only de facto CIA SPECIAL AGENT @freeradical who consistently and effortlessly cracked my high level codes. I wish you all the very best in life.

To your question on current challenges, well only 2 of them for me personally sha. The first is the current wave of cost optimisation that holds the company by its jugular. Staff get stripped of priviledges like sheet all in the name of 'survival'. You find yourself struggling for Things that used to be 'a given'.

Second challenge is the boredom. Same taste of food, same faces, same environment, everything same same same ARRRGHHHHHHH!

But put both together, multiply by 10000, I would still pick NLNG over and above role my former miserable company.

And for those who don't have facts but go about propagating trash. Na wa for una.

Whoever told you guys that Shell's pay is higher than NLNG'S?

@Coolio2014, this week is definitely NOT the week. Though we have all seen from Oga Bab's Channels interview that they really want to push the Train 7 as swiftly as possible so people brace up. I had already said it back then, April 2nd that they were not close to concluding then and that we should keep our minds to end of Q2 - well that is what we should still be looking at. I spoke with my MADAME SAUCY last friday, and she mentioned what our baba Forkadict said about the process being well in an advanced stage. She says 'males' definitely (90% chance of happening - her exact percentage) should come next month, with a 10% chance of it happening earlier or later. But they are almost done and dusted. I implore us not to bother them with anybmails yet till perhaps end of june, but I can almost assure you that a week in june will be 'THE WEEK' as she assured me.

As for me though,

1. Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2. but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on his law day and night. 3. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.
