Well his overall game is quite good but like you stated he doesn't yield much results in attack. His tackle rate is high though and i believe he won most pks last season despite coming from bench most of the time.
Anyways this season he owns that position fully unlike previous season. So i expect him to contribute in every aspect and definately the goals and assist will surely come
