Family › Re: What Should Be The Punishment For craddle-robbers In Nigeria? by lanaVello1(m): 11:03am On Jul 26, 2014
On a second thought,I think there are few laws in place here in the south that are a bit related to this disorder.I think according to Nigerian criminal code 221. Any person who has or attempts
to have unlawful carnal knowledge of a
girl being of or above thirteen years and
under sixteen years of age ; is guilty of a
misdemeanor, and is liable to
imprisonment for two years, with or
without caning. Although we need more stiff laws that covrrs the whole situation .
222A. (1) “Whoever,
having the custody, charge or care of a
girl under the age of sixteen years,
causes or encourages the seduction,
unlawful carnal knowledge or
prostitution of, or the commission of an
indecent assault upon, such a girl, shall
be liable to imprisonment for two
years. “
223. “Any person who (1) procures (for
prostitution) a girl or woman who is
under the age of eighteen years to have
unlawful carnal connection with any
other person or persons, either in
Nigeria or elsewhere; or is guilty of a
misdemeanor, and is liable to
imprisonment for two years.”
So to thosr clamouring for castration en all manner of killings..i think its more of the implementation that matters and not the formulation of the laws...how many gays has the homosexuality act brougt to book?
Foreign Affairs › Re: Historians Lied: Hitler Did Not Die In Germany by lanaVello1(m): 10:29am On Jul 26, 2014
Its gonna be quite tough to believe an informant that suddenly claims hitler didnt die as history posited, because there is no other person alive as at that time to refute or asser the claim. Besides if one man says several historians r lying, how sure are we the man aint lying too?
Also...the fbi thingy is somehow...is it dz current dispensation bureau that released such documents that the agency knew abt it yet concealed it coz that would be them shooting demselves in the knee.....yet to read the referenced link sha

Terdoo2k4: They don't deserve to live! Don't feel any holier but em niggaz deserve to die angry
As for those advocating for their kiling...common, enough with the capital punishment already, life imprisonment after failed rehab is okayy.
Just as Kanwu said below, the children shud be given more concern.
Kanwulia: No punishment is befitting.
Since the children are damaged for LIFE!!!
Instead of wasting time and resources on lost causes. . . The children should be the priority! kiss
