Anyway, for me a charge 25k minimum(if its a personal website), 40k minimum(if its a company website with no login and chat features), and 70k minimum(if its a company website with login features, excluding database).

Does this charge includes, Hosting and maintainance cost?

Actually, yesterday i met this lady preaching the gospel. she first gave me an invitee to the cannanland at ota, which i have received more than 10,000 times. then she saked if i know jesus. my answerwas taht i dont know him. since i have never set my eyes on him b4, hoping she will keep on preaching the good news that she just heard. but fortunately for me and astonishing, she just requesed that i ve her back the invitation. and she left. i have to shout on her that the is a fake christian decieving other people for alms. thats how they do it.
