If your bank is doing this and you wish to withdraw like 30k and above, go into the bank and demand for withdrawal slip and withdraw in cash.

Create a scene if you need to. All of you are being treated this way because you like suffering and smiling. Speak up and create a scene inside the bank so that they know noone is accepting their rubbish.

1kg of CNG cost 250 and can give you 14 kWh... On the national grid that would cost u 3500 for band A... Or 2000 for the rest bands

What we need is CNG gas pipelines to industrial layouts

You must be smarter than those running the economies of USA, UK, Canada, Russia, China and Iran where they enjoy 24/7 electricity and manufacturing firms rely on large scale distributed power supply from government instead of setting up individual CNG powered generators to run their manufacturing.

Use your mathematics skill to show that it'd be more efficient for those countries to use CNG powered generators.

Your government will loot the taxes and oil revenue they generate from Nigerians. Your government will divert funds to white elephant projects so they can loot the funds. Instead of calling your government to order you'll come online to defend rubbish and mislead people with useless narratives.
