There is a need for Nairaland to have a body to confirm proof of accusations before they are posted online.
Recently a lanrefasasi accused Emmachile of being a fraud without proof.
He linked him to some accounts Kpaskpas and akpakoso to him without more. Now he has deactivates.
Now we have laws on criminal defamation especially when there is no proof that Emmachile is Kpaskpas or akpakoso.
I believe its time we have a mode to verify these allegations before they get out of hand. Someone should not be allowed to go ranting without proof. If such occurs such monikers should be held accountable.

Dude I didn't cause anyone nor defame beyond stating that I was duped and the phone contact of the fraudster linked to monikers I cited


Please I'm willing to meet physically to back my claim. You and whomever you're defending can decide we make this physical. And we shall see to the end of issues. If a number is linked with defrauding me, I have every right under the heavens as to quite such a fraudster without any form of fear




As to whether I ran away, sorry I don't stay on the forum and have engagements. I won't be on the forum at your Beck and call. But I will always be here to state my claims. Fact

Don't get me wrong, I see a lot has been said and links referenced that proves most of the things being said about the scam, but in terms of your transanction with this person, there's been little or no evidence to show for it. Or did I miss that?

Note: This doesn't negate the fact that the person you're accusing is a scammer. But just asking.

The onus lies on the fraudster to defend with claim and I will shock you with a call recording between the two of us and screenshots. He operates around ten monikers including one with a female handle


I might have fallen for his antics and got swindled by him, but the day that I will see multiple persons duped by him is the day he can expect to start running with his family. Thankfully, I'm busy with my projects which his scam antics almost totally ruined.
