U ar rait.it only have a little percentage of steriod dat will lighten dose dark spots.it wont make u light generally.Retin A is also gud cos it wil peel ur skin within 3-4wks and pple but pple might tink u ar bleaching but it only makes ur skin brighter.Its available in some pharmaceutical stores in Nigeria but expensive.

I will try my best to be brief.I was hanging out wit one of my female frnds cos i promised to take ha out on ha birthday which was few days ago.She is not actually my gf but we ave been lyk bestfrnds and it was gettin late already when we were thru.I asked ha if we shud board a bike or a car,she told me a car wud be beta.I succumb to ha anyway witout havin any bad tots in my mind.
A taxi car stopped beside us few mins later and there was only a seat left and we had no choice but to entercos d traffic was accumulatin due to d fuel scarcity and we were also in a rush to get ome early

i entered first and i lapped ha,not long,i noticed my dick started gaining attention and i was a bit scared cos i dont know aw she wil react to d situation.Ofcourse,my rod has reached a point it cud be noticed .To my surprise,she luked bak at me and she gave me dat seductive smile,dat smile sent a romantic sensation to my whole body which made my rod harder.She was just smiling witout facing me and i was like so u ar enjoying it.
She highlighted from d car since it was time for ha to drop.I highligthed 3mins later after payin our fares.I was just smiling on my way ome.

Later on in d evening,we had a chat and i told ha wat happened in d car was not actualy my fault(just to hear ha comment ).she said its notin and she tanked me 4 making ha birthday a day 4 ha to remember!

I gathered these informations based on d book written by a popular writer called Stephen R.Covey which is titled"The 7 habits of highly effective people".I recently finished reading dis book and i tot abt sharin it wit u guys which will be beneficial to u all.
Our character is a collection of our habits and habits have a powerful role in our lives. Habitconsist of knowledge, skill, and desire. Knowledge allows us to know what to do, skill gives us  the ability to know how to do it, and desire is the motivation to do it.    The Seven Habits move us through the following stages: 
1. Dependence: The paradigm under which we are born, relying upon others to take  care of us. 
2. Independence: The paradigm under which we can make our own decisions and take  care of ourselves. 
3. Interdependence: The paradigm under which we cooperate to achieve something  that cannot be achieved independently.Much of the success literature today tends to value independence, encouraging people to  become liberated and do their own thing.  
 The reality is that we are interdependent, and the independent model is not optimal for use in  an interdependent environment that requires leaders and team players.    Therefore, the first three habits focus on self‐mastery, that is, achieving the private victories  required to move from dependence to independence. The first three habits are: 
• Habit 1: Be Proactive 
• Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind 
• Habit 3: Put First Things First 
  Habits 4, 5, and 6 then address interdependence: 
• Habit 4: Think Win/Win.
•Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood.
• Habit 6: Synergize.
  Finally, the seventh habit is one of renewal and continual improvement, that is, of building one's  personal production capability.     To be effective, one must find the proper balance between actually producing and improving  . Effectiveness is a function of both production and the capacity to produce.  The need for balance between production and production capability applies to physical,  financial, and human assets.    Habit 1: Be Proactive;Focus on the things you can actually do something about. Change starts  from within, and highly effective people make the decision to improve their lives through the  things that they can influence rather than by simply reacting to external forces.  

Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind;Begin everything you do with a clear picture of your  ultimate goal. Develop a principle‐centered personal mission statement. Extend the mission  statement into long‐term goals based on personal principles.   
Habit 3: Put First Things First Manage your life according to your needs and priorities. Spend  time doing what fits into your personal mission, observing the proper balance between  production and building production capacity. Identify the key roles that you take on in life, and make time for each of dem.

Habit 4: Think Win‐Win Integrity: Stick with your true feelings, values, and commitments,be mature and considerate of the feelings of others.Abundance Mentality: Believe there is plenty  for everyone. Seek agreements and relationships that are mutually beneficial. In cases where a  "win/win" deal cannot be achieved, accept the fact that agreeing to make "no deal" may be the  best alternative. In developing an organizational culture, be sure to reward win/win behavior  among employees and avoid inadvertantly rewarding win/lose behavior.Dont tink of ur own personal interest alone,try to look at d situation and suggest a solution that will benefit both parties.

Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood;Learn how to communicate clearly  and listen to others. This habit is the most important principle of  interpersonal relations. Effective listening is not simply echoing what the other person has said  through the lens of one's own experience. Rather, it is putting oneself in the perspective of the  other person, listening empathically for both feeling and meaning.    Habit 6: Synergize; “Two heads are better than one.” Through trustful communication, find ways  to leverage individual differences to create a whole that is greater than the sum of the parts.  Through mutual trust and understanding, one often can solve conflicts and find a better solution  than would have been obtained through either person's own solution.

Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw;Allow yourself to grow by maintaining a balanced program in the four  areas of your life: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual. Take time out from  production to build production capacity through personal renewal of the physical, mental,  social/emotional, and spiritual dimensions..

U guys ar blaming everytin on PMB right...?Dont just say lemme type sumtin and liv,its improper.Besides u guys ar talkin abt air strikes.To be sincere,Airstrikes ar not capable of defeatin any terrorist organisations,it can only weaken dem.We nid contant ground forces attack to defeat dem.Even d european countries ar trying to implement more ground forces against ISIS and few air strikes into their operation,Though boko haram might have kill more people than ISIS but ISIS military and technology power is far better than dose of Boko haram.Dats y dey ar a very big national threat.

Will u guys just stop saying dat buhari has notin to offer,he is also trying his best.Do u tink its dat easy to defeat a terrorist group,its not easy at al.And about d 105 missing soldiers,i just hoped dat dey werent kidnapped.its an honour for a soldier to die during battle rather dan being taken as prisoners.
Dats just som few differences btw d U.S troops and Nigeria troops.Each U.S soldier wil stake his/her life for d future generation to live but only few of d nigerian soldiers are willing to do dat.Nobody wants to die but dis so called BH militants are ready to die anytime 4 their foolish nd stupid disbeliefs.its gonna be so foolish saying dat ur president shud be d minister of defence(it sounds crazy!).let odas also prove their own existence.I pray dos soldiers return safely to their barracks!
