My sister also have the same problem, when we wanted to swap it we discoverd that the picture showed a guy, but we went to mtn head office to rectified it, then we continue the registration and later use the SIM for the otp needed. My advice is to go to mtn head office in that state along with court affidavit and explain to them, they will surely help you out |
