Not necessary, as regards d ebay, paypal issh, who suspended u? Ebay or paypal? As earlier said by someone, a mail should b sent to u, where u see a link, that automatically directs u to d resolution centre page where u upload the documents, u could mail ebay customer care, likewise paypal..that link is all you need, when I had mine..got d link directing me to where I did d upload and it was the resolution centre, nothing to soo worry about, your very early transactions will give issues like this by the time u buy often and pay, all d issues will stop.. takia

Yea open your paypal account, you will be directed to d resolution page where your case of suspended account will show, that's where you. Upload the statement, utility bill and valid id will try screen shot it and post it for u here, had similar issue b4 when I started newly.

Sure u can provided they accept to ship to us address aside the one u have tied to your debit card details if not, it's either u pay into Mr Chino's account and he buys for you or if there is room to mail and let them know it's a freight forwarder you want your things to be shipped to, as zappos does, u need contact them first or else your order will not be processed. Walmart is good and they are very reliable.
