Ja won't succeed anywhere else until he assumes a team spirit. When Ja plays, it is the Ja show, others fade into the background but they don't necessarily win. The season they came second in the West, they were unbeatable the days Ja sat. Bane, Jackson, Dillon Brooks & others, they made it happen. They were a team.


That's what I am loving about this current Detroit Pistons team. Ausar Thompson, Cade & Duren. No one is playing flashy ball. Do your bit, score and get back on defence pronto. Them no born Cade well to start claiming star of the team. At this point they just need good pieces with no flashy plays, no stars, just good defense and offense and they WILL rule the east.

Funny enough it's the other way round at the moment, he's trying too much to be selfless when he should be taking charge and actually leading the team

I would be a bit Lenient with Amorim on this Sesko matter because from the look of things, he clearly wasnt in support of the Transfer.

Sesko need to hit the gym and toughen up. I won't write him off just yet, there's a good striker in there.
