I am a beneficiary of the programme.i started in February and this is my 4th month,I was post to prestige &graca @ogba,we are up to 20 interns in the project team..

Sex urge is a natural phenomenon, some of the food we eat are aphrodisiac in nature I.e tends to increases sexual hormones Eg
Ginger,garlic, tiger but,milk,some vegetables& fruits I.e those that can be use as medicinal agents.

Advice is study our your body functions when consuming these foods and take in moderations.

Best method is seek for God's guidance and get a married.

Brother to me their is no crime in that,if a lady can give u her fone shows she is ready for u and reveals her secret to u.
A lady that Watches porn on fone is better than a lady dat messes arund.u can advise n talk to her about it...
Instead of watching on fone it will be better physically with you..
