pope191: I learnt some vital lessons doing business with someone 10yrs older than me 3 yrs ago, so as for respect in business I look at it from emotional angle, what bind us should be strict and if dia is a room for beer parlour talk after that depends on how we treat each other during round table talk. The man in question messed up to the point of spending 2 weeks in kirikiri, so let put respect aside. Business is business (even my landlord, I avoid him like ghost), you either stay focus ( standard form), or cut corners and blame yourself. When you said, repair! When things got damage in your care or his care? There is something called "uberrima fides" in contract, how truthful can both of you stand in the face of circumstances and not push blames? I'll say it again, either he agreed Sunday's return or not pending on weekly delivery, your agreement is faulty and need adjustment. About doing you a favour? Jokely, you r doing him a favour prompt to giving him the car and he is now the CJN of the car, as long as delivery is K. I take car of my car like baby I fit use my last card repair car and stay hurry because I reAdy things about cars any little problem can lead to another thing even what I change in the car can be repair but I said no and brought a new 1 even when he brought the car ou found out that under that car was bad I have to fix it my self that very Sunday with my own pocket money,I no his much older than me but he want come they at like boss for my own car which I suffer day and night to rise the money buy am,I regret to give am my car the most part he said na anytime Uber pay na I go give u your money and don’t call my line as if na Uber company sign agreement with and also as if he get Toto way I go they call am up and down if not for buniess I go every call he number for my life or even no am |

pope191: Case of larryevil vs Dream
In as much as the accused will have few things to say, we have to go by the information you gave us. In accordance to your agreement... He is meant to return the car on Sunday and pick it on Monday [clause 1] We want to believe the agreement binding both of u is rental, which makes you liable for any repair [ clause 2]
Fact: if he is on rental and drive 1km from point of dotted lines, whatever happens to the car falls on you and it is your responsibility to fix the car within the time frame that won't distract his work if you are willing to get your money on said date. About returning the car... No driver is happy returning cars on Sunday's, because it is a peek day for some, but if he agreed, I guess it must have been a good agreement for both of you. In summary: you need to take emotions out of business, being rude is relative and respect should always been earn not a thing to demand for. For him not to be human enough during the dark period after working for 2 days shows the foundation of your agreement is faulty and may not yield good returns. So do the needful
Note: Uber may not pay him today and if he doesn't have any money or go as far to take loan just to keep to your agreement, you have to manage him. Sometimes we have to deal with reality for what it is and not expectations.
*COURT!!!* He agree that he we bring back the car by Sunday for the first beginning and also I we be the one responsible if it have any issues within any day the car is with me which I must fix and if the car is with him his responsible to fix it when his with him does where the rules at first am not trying to say we are all perfect but the way his speak so so rude he act like he knows it all and also like I am the one begging him to rent my car just this short time of a week telling me not to call his phone that if I call him and Ploice’s hold him I we pay I ask my self is he my wife or girlfriend that I we be calling him if not buniess we I ever dial his number at first place and he always said I have done Uber car rent and also hp and for years and I ask my self is y have he not have his car if his owner by now after this many years not that am mocking anyone but I still found out the last car he was riding the owner took it form him he told me the car was not good but I still doesn’t believe him because have not heard form the owner of the driver what happened, let me ask you man to man if I was ur driver and I am he rude to you and claim always that am right in everything I do even if am older than u we u not sack me does buniess matter the age or not |

Jemappelle1: Well he shouldn't have been rude but the truth is asking him to pay half for repairs that he wasn't responsible for is very unfair. You should have put the car in order before giving it to him and not asking him to bring half of what he is yet to earn. And you are also aware uber pays every Monday which he won't get until later in the day, so asking him to pay his rentals early in the morning is also very inconsiderate. My two cents anyway I have be using the car even before he started work he took it to his mechanic and he said we should change engine sit and break which I did the next day before he took the car,do u no what I want through the rain I spend up to 2k for transportation to his place I rent battery that na my own pocket I am the one who fix the car he have not even paid me 1 naria am talking of my rent money pls read carful sir |

nurey: I don't know if your 500k car can be Uber certified. You can do the normal kabu kabu or those delivery things.
Naija used Suzuki every or it's other korope siblings. or golf wagon, Nissan primera wagon Mazda 626 wagon or Carina E or the avensis variant or Volvo 740. There is actually money in transportation.
I know a guy who uses Datsun wagon all those 1960s vehicle and makes 10k profit (after buying fuel, paying bus boy, repairing one or 2 things and buying drugs) every 2 days. There is more money in the forest regions of Southwest than Lagos but everybody wan do Uber Thank you for your time nor be only 1960 car does 100k car he nor better I buy bike or keke than to go carry 1960 car...baba fear God mAke I go car carry of 1960..when car for half a million 600k 550k full every where..tell ur own brother make he go buy 1960 cat |

dotcomnamename: Please don't listen to those lazy ass jobless people. Just follow your dream, be focused and determined. It's not about what anybody says. I was in your shoes before, coupled with the fact that i didn't even have the opportunity that you had now then. I just hate reading comments like this. I've heard hundreds of this years ago before i came to Ireland 10 years ago from the UK. Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth. Your self-worth isn’t defined by an approval rating. Nobody know your journey, where you’ve been or where you’re heading. Trust your intuition and who you are deep down inside.. + keep praying... Simple! God bless you bro because everyone keep saying you can not work with a short stay visa but a friend of my mind do now he have reapply for a long stay after rising money for his work..don’t let any of this people comment make you think u cannot work in Dublin with short stay u can oga but the only problem is the payment we be low and when u safe enough u can reapply for a long stay...all this foolish people her with there Mumu comment in this life believe in your self what we be we always be |
