Aside our mental health, our dental health is one of those things we Nigerians do not take seriously. So for a healthier dentition, these are the right ways to brush your teeth.
1. Apply little quantity of toothpaste (make sure it contains fluoride) and the quantity peanut size.
2. After applying the paste, wash your tongue and then rinse.
3. Floss. (This is optional) do this to pick particules from the middle of your teeth and then rinse.
4. Now, you apply little paste (peanut size) and the brush your teeth but avoid scrubbing too hard so as not to injure your gum, after scrubbing, SPIT OUT AND DO NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH WATER.

There are many movies Base on Witchcraft and the Occult in Nigeria. It's been there right from the days of Witch Doctor of the Living Dead. (I've actually watched this movie)

Don't forget we had Horror series back in the days also. I remember Hot Cash and Lynx. They were very good series.

I tell you back in the day The series were much better than what we watch now.

Ah well. I personally believe Nollywood seriously need to evolve. Almost all the movie they produce is Base on a particular genre and it is usually predictable.

Anytime they try to delve into other genre like thriller, action not to even mention Sci Fi, they fail at it woefully. But still I've enjoyed a couple of them though back when I was young.
