From the help center, locate "policies and reporting". When you're there, choose the most appropriate option for your problem. I'd go for "Reporting a problem with Facebook" in your case.

This phone no suppose pass 10k

I'm not sure the price is up to what Op stated. The phone is currently KES4699 on Jumia Kenya, that should be less than N20k. Nevertheless, it shouldn't be more than N10k as you've said.

Going by the specs, it's a good phone. 2GB RAM, 16MP back and front camera, 1.5GHz Octa-core processor. If you're fine with the 3200mAh battery (which I think should be more than that for its price) then you should go for it.
