Can govt employed millions of graduates that are roaming about in Nigeria?? Every year unemployment will continue to increase in Nigeria until we face reality of life eg when Nig stop building largest religion centres instead of industries, mechanized farming, self employed long term soft loans for citizens, technical studies must revive and reduce importations of goods into the country etc.
Moreover Npower is just social intervention.
