The short answer is that you can download cf autoroot flash it using ODIN. If you dont know how to do that you can check google for a how to video. All you need is a laptop and the internet.

You may be unable to upgrade because there are no longer any updates for your device. You may still update by downloading the files online and installing via odin. Takes some know how sha.

Hw can I upgrade my system from 32 bit to 64 bit in order for it to run latest softwares. its HP Compaq Windows 7 ultimate.

I'll give you this info for free. You can try to install a 64 bit version of Windows but if you have a 32 bit processor that won't be possible and you'll have to only use 32 bit software.
