If you are thinking about getting a whole system with these parts then we still have to consider your RAM, CPU, Hard drive, Power supply and system case at the very least.

Hi, this is just what I've been looking for.

I am looking to build a desktop system that is optimized to handle a high level virtualization for lab purposes. So, my ideal build would be:
32GB DDR4 HyperX RAM, 256GB Solid State Primary Drive, 1TB Hard disk to serve as secondary storage, Intel Core i7-4790K processor, USB 3.0 ports, 2 x 1Gbps Ethernet LAN card, optionally DVD-Drive and HDMI interface. No Graphics card, no OS, no monitor.

I would like to get this as soon as possible. Will really appreciate a quotation and a timeline for delivery.

boss i did exactly as you said, the files still didnt show up... I have smadav and scanned many times. It didnt detect any virus on it

Other than what I have told you the only way that I know is to use the command prompt
1. Hold down the windows button and press 'R'
2. type in "cmd"
3.type the "attrib (drive letter) -s -h -r"
4. Do this without the brackets.
5. BTW if you followed my earlier instructions and it still didn't work then there's nothing on that drive

the problem could be one of many things.
1. Try cleaning the mouse pad. This Helps when it happens to me.
2. If that doesn't work disable and re enable the touch pad.
3. If that still doesn't work and you can find any other solutions, disable the touch pad and use an external mouse.

The only workaround i can think of is this.
1. Get a windows 7 installation disc.
2. Use is to boot up the system.
3. Create a partition and install windows 7 onto it.
4. Use the new windows 7 you have installed to access your old files and copy them out. Bear in mind all your files will still be accessible but some of your programs will no longer work.
5. This will definitely solve the problem.

Honest advice from a friend.
1. with the budget you have listed it will be impossible very difficult. To get a new laptop with the specifications you have listed
2. If someone does offer you one please be careful. Wouldn't want you to be duped.

I have encountered this issue before.
Here's what to do
1. Go to your start menu( Push the windows button) and type in "folder Options"
2. Click on the view tab.
3. Scroll till you see an option marked "show hidden files and folders".- Check that option
4. Scroll down till you see another marked "Hide protected operating system files". - Uncheck that option
5. You should have what is in the image
6. Click OK or apply and close the box.
7. Your files will now be visible.
To get rid of the virus causing the problem go to google and search for Smadav antivirus. It will solve your issues.

Its possible the CD That holds your copy of the windows 7 has been damaged.
Alternatively its possible you aren't going about the steps properly
what i advise you do is this
1. Insert your CD and boot from said CD.
2. Re-install windows
3. If your copy of windows is original insert your key and activate it.
4. If your copy of windows is not original download an activator anywhere online and use that to activate it so you don't see that "windows is not genuine" message again.

Okay. I know its possible but due to the quality you require it'll take some research to get you a proper quotation so please give me till the close of work on Thursday (48 Hrs) and i'll send you a mail with the best prices on offer.
Depending on the exact processor we can get we may be able to overclock beyond 4Ghz although the main consideration remains heat as this will affect the lifespan of the components but we'll take all that into consideration.

don't mind me, its meant to last for a while and also suit gaming purposes.

This will definitely be a beast of a gaming PC. Special consideration will have to go into it due to the Processor and Graphics cards but its definitely one to build. I'd advice one 4TB hard drive rather than 2 hard drives. Also you quoted 2 different RAM sizes 32GB and 16 GB. But definitely a PC you should build rather than buy.
