How could Nigeria's smallest state, with only eight-8- local governments, and with huge allocations (FAAC, 13% derivation, NDDC, Amnesty Programme, Special Indigene Scholarships, etc, etc) still be so abysmally poor?

Driving through Yenagoa and other towns, in Bayelsa State, one could evidently see that politicians have embezzled most of these funds for 24 unbroken years.

It is a pity!!!
