PoliticsRe: Thank God Other Southern Politicians Are Seeing Through The Hypocrisy Of SW by Lazyreporta(m): 8:16pm On May 07, 2022
I can confirm now that Igbos are actually minority in Nigeria.. I don't believe a major ethnic group will be saying all these.. You blame SW for everything.

You're quick to say north can continue and yet you say SW is slave, who is slave?

The west is busy fighting it for west yet you all keep saying they should fight it for east when you're saying north can have it. Simple, you're scared of yoruba on the race. You already believe you can't win them..

This politics, fight for your right and stop being slave to north

Very Lazyreporta, please read well and understand what we are talking about.
I had to go read your comments again, and you get mind tell me say make I understand what you wrote..

You contradicted yourself.

How can you claim north Don their own its the turn of South, but east specifically? Then saraki is saying the same as you then.. Since you feel north is 1,but south is 3..
PoliticsRe: Presidency: It Is The Turn Of North Central, Says Saraki by Lazyreporta(m): 8:34am On Apr 27, 2022
Cantonese:
Nonsense talk.

How is the the turn of the north central? Is the north central not part of the north anymore? Going by the same idea of rotation that they instituted themselves, the north has about one year to complete their current turn and the presidency returns to the South, specifically the South East.

Without doubt, Nigeria was never ready for democratic governance. The once peaceful cohabitation of the people of divergent tribes and cultures has been completely destroyed by these set of wicked and greedy men and women. They are the ones who enforced tribalism in the hearts of the people. They are the same people who claim that tribalism is killing Nigeria.

Atiku unjustly wants to contest, Saraki & Jonathan want to contest, Tinubu & Osinbanjo want to contest and without doubt, it is the turn of the South east, others having enjoyed their turn in this democratic dispensation.

Nigeria needs a General Rawlings type of person who should sweep away these all Nigerian greedy leaders, so that we can have saner minds and begin afresh.
Only you dey contradict yourself..

North Central is part of North but South East is not part of South abi?

Oga, it's either 6 regions or 2 region.. It's not 4 region

..but Berger really do not have residential areas. I think it's more like a commercial centre surrounded by residential centres like Ojodu, Omole, Isheri, Olowora, and Magodo.

I agree with on the proximity advantage.
Right!
Berger itself is just a bus stop, or the commercial area Sha.. But those places are still within ojodu berger.. Olowora and magodo are distant cousins

Olowora, magodo and isheri are family

While berger and ojodu are family too

Nawa o. What about light?
Light is good in berger, sometimes, a whole week light won't go off...

The roads are relatively good.

You will enjoy proximity to almost important areas in Lagos, don't forget, berger is also the entrance to Lagos.. So straight down is ibadan express, opposite down is island..
Ikeja is less than 10km, ogba is less Than 5km, ilupeju is less than 15km etc... Faleke is busy installing street lights everywhere too

Is this for total package or just rent?
Rent only...
The house behind us is 1m, just rent, why 1 yeye 3bed before was 250k, after the landlord finds out about 2bed for 800k, 1m on same street, he evicted his tenant, renovated it, and removed 2bed from the 3bed, put it up for 750k per annum..

Berger isn't cheap on rent pls

You can get 500k to 700k if you're lucky in a good environment
LUCK!!!

Yes, possible but mostly on luck bro if na standard ones..

You can't get it in grammar school axis, you can't get it in ojodu estates, river valley estate, ade oni (possible cos of old houses), you can't get it in Aina, you can't get it in oremetta, or where bro? Most good places you won't get it there.. Except adi gboluja axis, alagbole axis, akiode axis, na those areas sha

The cool ones are from Ikate Elegushi, Osapa London, Agungi and it costs 800k per annum, and i won't fvck out 800k per annum for a room self. I rather rent a poultry at Ogbomosho rear birds, sty in my poultry, get good value for my money, get productive and make money

The holdup around Akins bus stop won't permit me to want to return to Addo/Langbasa

Holdup after Ajah, through LBS is horrible whereas cheap houses are available in some axis there.

Make i dey cruise my Berger dey go for now
cheesy I dey tell you

When I wanted to get married, I had 2 options to choose, Ajah or ojodu..
Mu wife to be lives in Majek, I live in ojodu, but cos of her job I was considering that island but omo, I choose my berger last last o.

The moment I leave Abraham Adesanya like this, everywhere Don turn mushin for island

Even she likes berger after several visits.

2bed in berger is 800k to 1m in a good apartment. Celebs Don dey move to ojodu now..
. Anywhere under ikeja lg is awesome
TravelRe: Lagos Mainland Vs Island. by Lazyreporta(m): 1:54pm On Mar 16, 2022
DoctorOlasDesk:
Yes I agree.

I actually meant that rather than me staying in a 2bed on the island CAUSE TO KEEP UP WITH THE STANDARDS ON THE ISLAND, THE MINIMUM HAS TO BE MINI FLAT OR 2 BED.

Now, those expectations levels do not exist for me on the mainland, hence I chose something around 200-300k per annum cause I don't have expectations to live up to.. It's not invariably comparing 2 bed island versu 2 bed berger. Why? Most of mini flat along the entire lekki express before Agungi is inhabitable and thrash to me, so this forces expectations to rise to 2 bed minimum, whereas I am not forced to make such decision on the mainland.

I just didnt expicity see the need to go more indepth with the logic behind my choices
I get it now

Omo, berger is one of the best.. Environment is cool, thieves are rare.. Roads are generally good, night life, streets light everywhere, light sweet, estates too much, proximity to anywhere, ikeja, island, ogba, ilupeju, outside Lagos.. Berger is too sweet.. I too like berger

DoctorOlasDesk:
I left island for Berger. I'm enjoying it

The light is stable

My monthly salary can pay my house rent like ten times. Unlike Ajah where six months salary will be used in financing house rent where one would be contributing to the ladnlord's development at the expense of one's personal growth and development.

In Ajah/Lekki axis, the annual rent feee is many people's 6-12 months slary, so they can't save. It's hand to mouth always. So instead of stay 2M per annum, i'm on a low-key on the mainland at 200k per annum setting up multiple businesses every month, next year, cash out big time.

Food is super. I buy six raps of semo and eight meats for 1200 Naira. You can't buy this at Ajah at this price. I always add yoghurt/Milk/Malt to make it 2k per meal. Bro, i'm living the yankee life in Berger..

Yes, and i change my soup daily. I can change up to as much as six different soups. More so, i'm known. Some time i could be in a hurry maybe i'm headed somewhere, without cash, i can take up to 2k food..

I have piexpress for my mid day snacks

When i want to change dollar, i dash into the bank call my aobki, less than 45 -60 minutes i;m done

Men, i'm in NewYork City in Berger

No issues at all
Ajah vs berger, which one cost pass?

Don't mislead people, berger is very cool but the rent in berger is on same pal with ajah if not more self... Berger rent is expensive and where you see 200k for mini in berger? Except alagbole, ajuwon axis Sha...

Proper berger is not possible.. You will need at least 400k to 500k to see a standard mini.

Other things you said are correct..

I be ojodu boy and I have lived here almost all my life..

Berger land is now worth more than 35m cos no free space self buy old houses... within streets, while road can be high as 50m

If Tinubu cannot prove to us that he is physically fit, he should forget about becoming the president of Nigeria. Someone with physical instability cannot sit down for hours to work with their brain, they will not be able to use their shaky hands to sign lots of documents. They will spend majority of the day sleeping. It is stupid to pick someone that is not both physically and mentally fit to be president in a country of 200 million people.
