Hi guys,
Please I need help. My study permit has just been approved. My resumption is for winter 2024.
Question.
1. Can my spouse apply for open work permit now
2. What documents can I submit since am still in Nigeria.

I would really appreciate your advice.

Thanks for this important info, how many months pay slip dd you get and was there any lump sum?

Secondly did you present any money in yinr account?
For payslip I submitted 3months. My sponsor had lump sums that’s becos he had fixed deposit and the interest was dropped as at when I submitted.

I presented money in my account, in form of gift deed

According to my GCMS notes, the Visa office noted I did not include my sponsor’s proof of income such as his place of work and how much he earned. So I had to get a letter from his company and his payslip as well.
As for the mistakes, please whatever you write in your sop, I beg you, please put evidence to back it up.

No go blow their minds with claims and there is no document to back up your claims

I really want to thank Justmellow of @GCMSwriters on IG. He interpreted my GCMS note and advised on the best way to tackle my 5th refusal based on “Asset and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel”.

My God has finally come thru for me!!!!

Sorry to hear this. There is still hope so dont give up. The financial aspect can be tackled using various methods:
1. Pay school fees for a semester
2. Show availability of living expenses.
3. 3rd party sponsorship are usually tricky and hard to convince vo's
Ok. Will work on that. Are there any other documents I need to provide to convince the vo.

Hi. I am a new applicant. My application was refused based on personal asset and financial status. Sponsor is a third party. Please I need advice on how to tackle this issue.
