Would you buy a self destructing 'black phone'? If yes, you are in luck! BlackBerry Ltd is working with Boeing Co on Boeing's high-security Android-based smartphone.

The Boeing Black phone being developed by Boeing, the Chicago-based aerospace and defense contractor, which is best known for jetliners and fighter planes, can 'self-destruct' if it is tampered with.

According to reports, the Boeing Black phone is meant to be a super high-tech device targetted at Government agencies, though would be available to others that need to keep communications and data secure.

"We're pleased to announce that Boeing is collaborating with BlackBerry to provide a secure mobile solution for Android devices utilizing our BES 12 platform," BlackBerry CEO John Chen said on a conference call held to discuss its quarterly results.

"That, by the way, is all they allow me to say." Chen added.

The BlackBerry Enterprise Service, or BES 12, will allow clients such as corporations and government agencies to manage and secure not just BlackBerry devices on internal networks, but those that run on rival operating systems such as Google's Android and Apple's iOS.

The Boeing phone uses dual SIM cards to enable it to access multiple cell networks and can be configured to connect with biometric sensors and satellites. Boeing has begun offering the phone to potential customers, so we expect a soon to be announced release date for BlackBerry / Boeing black phone.

Onto the topic at hand, the ruckus in Australia which boils down to values, centres on the country's top stores - Kmart and Target to crack down and ban the highly rated Video Game "Grand Theft Auto V."

The ban follows a petition on change.org signed by about 50,000 people, who declared that the game "encourages players to murder women for entertainment " It added: "The incentive is to commit sexual violence against women, then abuse or kill them to proceed or get 'health' points." It concluded: "Games like this are grooming yet another generation of boys to tolerate violence against women."

A rather true cause but one would ponder why it took them five (5) versions to get the issue raised. Anyways, in as much as the petition is somewhat in the right step, since the issue of violence against women remains central to every society in the world. Some GTA fans
are unfazed and belief the ban wasn't worth it, and thus started a new petition. They're now calling for Target and Kmart to ban the Bible.

Posting their own petition in same Change.org, the petitioners declare: "Withdraw The Holy Bible -- this sickening book encourages readers to commit sexual violence and kill women."

Its wording tries to mirror that of the original petition. For example: "This book means that after various sex acts, readers are given options to kill women by stoning her unconscious, Setting them on fire, cutting off their hands, and killing their children!"

And then there's: "One of many fan passages In The Holy Bible depicts woman being set alight for having sex. "And the daughter of any priest, if she profane herself by playing the LovePeddler, she profaneth her father: she shall be burnt with fire." (Leviticus 21:9). "

Clearly this is more of a sardonic statement than a real attempt to get the Bible banned.

However, GTA V has begun to incite even more heightened reactions than the previous
versions.

We're waiting patiently for the outcome of the petition, and it should be noted that currently, over 40,000 people have signed the petition to ban the bible.

Here are some tips to guide us in our SECURITY CONSCIOUSNESS.

1. Number tag of a real policeman must be six digits, less than six, is fake.

2. Only female police officers have their numbers begin with "0", any policeman with number beginning with "0" is fake.

3. Every policeman's name tag is woven to the shirt, no more removable name tags.

4. A distinction between the normal policeman and the SPY (supernumerary) police personnel, is that a SPY number must be either three or four digits with the word "SPY" boldly inscribed on their uniform shoulder.

Please, at night be vigilant, always roll-up your car windows in traffic central lock your doors, be double sure they are true policemen, if they are not, be strong and speed-off. Never get frightened. Be watchful, they are everywhere; educate your family members, neighbors, and friends...

A Lebanese graveyard guard, Deab Saiqly, who loves to spend time in the graveyard, dug up his mother's grave and took a selfie with the corpse, according to an MBC TV report.

The MBC TV Channel interviewed the man and asked a psychologist to analyze the case, and the man seemed very normal and showed no sign of any mental problems.

Deab, during the interview, said he feels happiness being among the dead. He also said he rejected a proposal for marriage from a lady in the US because.he did not want to leave the grave where he works. He says he often takes selfies with corpses, but only kept the picture with his mother.

To help eradicate serious illnesses like ebola and
cholera by spreading health education amongst the
poorest of poor, the charity Literacy Bridge in
association with Unicef and mobile chip-maker ARM is
going to distribute Talking Book mobile devices to
deliver health education to 40,000 vulnerable people
living in Ghana. These are custom made audio players
that can be used to share spoken information in
people's local languages.

The Talking Books were developed by Literacy Bridge
in 2007, to give people without literacy access to
interviews, songs, and dramas that address lifesaving
health and agricultural advice. The $750,000
(approximately Rs. 4,63,95,000) project, which is
being mostly funded by Unicef and ARM, and will
focus on the use of low-cost mobile technology. It
will mostly be used to cover the cost of 2,000
devices, and the staff to support them, with a target
of reaching 40,000 people.

The project wants to use the talking books to deliver
education about ebola and cholera prevention, the
treatment of diarrhoea in children, identifying and
treating diseased crops and more. This project will
run for two-and-a-half years, with each device's
content updated once in every five weeks, according
to a report by the BBC.

The devices, big plastic boxes which look like old
cassette players, store data on microSD cards, and
can each hold hundreds of hours of audio - they're
intentionally simplistic since they have to be usable by
people who cannot read, but the devices are
sophisticated enough that you can share data by
connecting them using a USB cable, and they come
with a microphone, capable of recording voice
feedback.

The devices are being custom built with assistance
from ARM, with a goal of improving battery
efficiency.

I use to be an addicted and ardent user of your product(s) until TODAY. In fact,i equally won a lot of customers, in my office,church and my family, for you. I bought Tecno M9 in March,2014 at the rate of #49,500.Unfortunately,the soft touch stopped responding 6 months after purchase. I took it to your 77,Opebi Road,Ikeja,Lagos ,Nigeria,Carl centre in
August ,2014.

The handset was with them until late October 2014, and i was told that it cannot be repaired because they do not have material to repair it. I was advised to swap.

This afternoon, i went there to swap, but the most annoying and irritating part of it was that, i was told that the handset that i bought in less than a year for a whooping sum of #49,500 is now valued,in their book, #11,400, on basis of year of manufacture, after showing them my invoice.

Please,kindly look into this because the fault on the
phone is due to factory error which is from the manufacturer.Equally, i did not buy the phone when it was manufactured. Besides, the handset did not get to Nigeria the day,month and possibly the year it was manufacture.

Your products have a great deal of credibility in Nigeria,
please do not let your staff spoil the brand you have
built over the years. I have started losing fate in your
products and organisation and you might lose me and
the people i introduced your products to,and so many other people,too.

I shall be forced to report your organisation to the
appropriate government agencies in Nigeria, for this act of exploitation and sub-standard products,because this is not the first time i would experience such from using your product(s) if no reasonable solution is found to this malady.
