Ooof it’s been a while here. I loved to twitter and Instagram for a while and forgot my first love where I first started my Marketing Journey.

Anyways if you don’t know me (I’m sure you don’t…LOL) My name is Eben Adah and I’m a Marketing Strategist, my main job is to make sure businesses and brands I work with get more Sales and more customers.

I’ve done this since 2018/2019 that’s almost five years and in that time I’ve done over 2 million in sales personally asides helping other businesses.

From skincare to Metal Fabrication I’ve gotten results with real people in real businesses. But this post is not about me…

From the name of the Thread I want to start a pet of this forum where I can help shed my knowledge to help Business owners and Marketers get solutions to their marketing and sales problems… Solutions that brings real results

I stand to be corrected but in most spaces here we have more people who want to advertise and market stuff than those who are actually the audience you are looking for.

I want to do something different than just creating a thread to advertise products

The struggle to get a well-paying job can be daunting, taking your application letter from place to place and getting rejected or not getting paid enough, no one should have to live like that but yet it happens. This is why I created this thread today so people can get the information needed and break out into the life they want.

Many people today complain of the lack of jobs, many more even apply for jobs but never get favorable responses and some are outrightly ignored. This leaves many with the illusion that there are not enough jobs to go around for everybody and that finding a Job is something that always has to do with connections and luck.

Like I said this is my journey.



I started Digital marketing in 2019 a lot of things happening but no jobs in sight, a lot of knowledge no results

It was tough.
I struggled seriously to find even the lowest and harshest of work
Until i broke free

This is how I did it!

1. Getting Started with Google Certs

There are several possible reasons why pple don't get a job, in my case the issue was that they dud not see me as super credible because I wasn't active on social media like Instagram and Facebook.

I'm your typical Whatsapp guy


So there was no portfolio at all...

I remedied this

Made thorough research and targeted ine of the biggest companies in tech - GOOGLE

It cost about $100-$200 but by God's grace I figured out a way to get it done for free

I got it and now the rest is history

2. Honing Skill

Getting Certificates will get you the first job but if you're not really skilled you'll not get any more jobs after.

The great thing about putting in the work into making a job excellent is ...

"The more you do good jobs,the highet the chances of you getting even better jobs!"


So i did this
Put in the necessary work and get your NECCESSARY MONEY >

One thing that made my progress easier was my choice of site, i know there's fiverr and Upwork but because of the speed i wanted, I chose a site where Certifications played a very big role in getting jobs

I played and took full use of my strengths and now it has changed my life.

I made this post earlier last week where I explained the whole process and told my story but it got deleted.
So I'll be showing you once again.

I'm Eben and I've been a digital marketer for over 3 years, my journey started when a Friend invited me and showed me how i could make cool cash by setting up Google Ad Campaigns for products.

He taught me and it was awesome. That's where I made my first 20k from a single product. I loved marketing online and wanted to know more.

So after learning a bit, i started applying for jobs but got none.

I kept getting the same reply:

"From your profile it doesn't seem like you're a good fit for this job"

I had the skill, i was really really good but I couldn't get anyone to see that,and that was because....

I had no portfolio.

You might have the skills,you might be the best in your field but if you don't have the necessary additions to you.

You won't make money!


I solved my issues after months of research by getting Google Certified.
About 5 Google certificates.

You all know google right?

Now I'll show you how this works
If you want to employ just one person but you have two options.

Both are super skilled
Both are team players
Both qualify for the job

But.....

One is google Certified

We both know who you're picking.
It's the same thing with Digital marketing jobs and openings.

I got those Certificates plus one from hubspot and a sure place to get paid.

Of course i can't put everything up here at once cos it entails videos and other stuffs
