BronzeTiger: You are the hosts so it's expected for you to do well with the huge crowd support. In a neutral affair like this friendly I think you can do see how we are pressing you like amala. but you have a stronger midfield, ndidi, iwobi are all playing yet it's evenly matched. |

BronzeTiger: I hope the boys put on a good showing to avenge our loss at the All African games yesterday. Those Ghanaians used insults finish us yesterday. oh that lol, just about hour ago we defended Nigerian women team on penalties to win gold in hockey. More salt to injury |

BascoVanVeli: I don't have a problem with that. U are correct about us needing to improve but the ref gave u guys that game. 2 things can be right at the same time. alright, all the best with the super eagles this Evening |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 1:34pm On Mar 22, 2024 |
BascoVanVeli: 1st of all both ur goals were beautiful but that doesn’t change the fact that the referee took us out of the game. They are not going to do that for u at the world cup. I say the same thing about Nigerian clubs. This type of stuff will hurt u in the long run because you never truly get to see what u are capable of. u should have score 2 goals in the first half but u couldn't even the goal u scored was a give away, if you fail to improve your team before the world cup you will still go and complain about referee being unfair |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 12:58pm On Mar 22, 2024 |
BascoVanVeli: Too bad u guys can't bribe refs at the world level. All this for 3 matches and a ride back. don't worry, both teams are not really good so if you like convince yourself that the referee did u dirty but refuse to accept the fact that both Ghanaian goals were clean goals. At the world cup we will see which team will disgrace themself. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 12:48pm On Mar 22, 2024 |
lovewins: 2 things can be right. I think Ghana deserves the win cause overall they were the better side. I also think the referee was incompetent and showed too much favouritism to the host. There's a scenario where the Falconets would have won despite their poor showing if the ref was fair.
Anyways congratulations to Ghana, I think you guys have a few good players in that team you can build the future on. thanks for the congratulations, well the referee was biased but I think Nigeria didn't take her chances, most of the game Nigeria was well composed in the midfield but they failed to take their chances. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 12:25am On Mar 22, 2024 |
Deltamani: It’s an insult to mention Desire Oparanozie U20 set in this case cause her the two set she played for 2010 won Silver, 2012 finished 4th!!!
Maybe you can compare them with 2016, 2018 and 2022 set.. but at least u do agree that the team needs improvement. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 12:14am On Mar 22, 2024 |
carbonado: Chris Danjuma weldone o...your team never has an extra gear when they are down...same team, same result,twice.. the changes he made worsen the team itself. The is the worst Nigerian u-20 team I have seen in a while and I don't think they will go far in the world cup. Way worse than oparanozie's u-20 that went to the final. |

Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 11:53pm On Mar 21, 2024 |
BascoVanVeli: That did not start today but the ref is the only reason we are in this very situation. She single handedly took us out the game in the 2nd half. you are very funny, was the goal scored by Ghana assisted by the referee ? Who asked your team to sit back? So you thought Ghana was never going to score in front of such crowd? Stop deceiving yourself. We will also now waste time like your team after taking the lead. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 11:49pm On Mar 21, 2024 |
daveP: They hate that much. 😆😆😆 when u mention the word hate it makes u sound childish, rivalry is the best thing to use, besides when Ghana loses a game and nigerians celebrate we don't say you guys hate us so learn the difference. |
Sports › Re: Nigeria Female National Teams' Thread by leathalbeast: 11:46pm On Mar 21, 2024 |
ThePresenceWtf: From the very first minute...Every single 50-50 is given Ghana's way. Giving Loveth Edeh a Yellow Card when she was actually fouled by a Ghanaian but yet awarded the free kick in that same scenario to Nigeria is the height of incompetency and stupidity. believe what u like but we can also say that the same ref refused to give Ghana a penalty at the end of the game when the Ghanaian striker's header hit the Nigerian defender on the hand, instead of your team to be serious and take their chances they were busy wasting time but karma is always a b1tch. |

Whalis: Ghana learned nothing from Ivory Coast despite being next door neighbor. Look at the quality of the pitch. Look at the camera quality. It is like the stadium has only one camera. I trust that u have been to school to know that the coverage rights of such tournament doesn't always belong to the host Nation so why are you blaming Ghana for the camera situation? How has the pitch quality affected the running? Is it the pitch they are using to run ? |
