Kylekent59: Hope you have read the thread about an SS3 girl being impregnated by an SS2 guy who sleep together.
Avoid temptation, be a man. When you are with her, always reason about "pregnancy "
Can i become a father now?
Can i cater for the child
Don't even allow your dick think first. Thanks sir. but I haven't had anything with her, I've been avoiding her badly. Thanks to the fact I'm not always at home. |

crackkhaus: Why would you want random men to show their emotions to you? Only your husband and brothers should do that around you.
My personal philosophy about being emotional as a man is to identify the people who I can be vulnerable around, people with whom I can bare every single emotion I'm feeling.
Not everyone deserves that honour of seeing a man at his most vulnerable emotional state.
It's why some people will describe a Mr. X as very tough & hard-as-shells, nothing gets to him, not easily broken...yet his wife will be secretly smiling & finding it funny just because she understands it's a front and they don't know the part of him that's a big bag of emotional vulnerabilities - she's simply among the few who have seen that part of him, perhaps his parents and siblings as well.
This is what makes a man a man as regards being emotional.
He can't just go about showing every non-essential person how vulnerable and emotional he is - even the crying you mentioned is absolutely not for public viewing, we keep that shít restricted to the presence of those who are dearest to us...that's if the tears have to come out. That's true, the only person who knows my emotions is my mom and she understands, can't risk letting an external body in. |

sassysure: If u don't want to be a victim of high blood pressure, show that u are human. Men cry too. I will never come within miles of any man who hides his emotions well. He can kill and bury me in less than an hour.
Even Buhari upon how emotionless he is still showed small emotion when he told Jonathan to stop killing boko haram people. So you're saying people who hide their emotions can harm someone without a second thought or am I misunderstanding something? |
Family › Re: Does A Man Need To Be Emotional? by lecoeur(op): 8:45am On Mar 08, 2020 |
RisenPhoenix: In that case, you are repressing your emotions. It is the habit of people who get depressed and even commit suicide. Don't repress. Just stop caring about people. It is difficult for an intelligent person with a high EQ to do that, but it comes easier with practise. Learn to say no. Learn to assert your self respect and don't be so forgiving when it is clear that a slight to your person is deliberate. As for the NO aspect I'm already working on it, even though I don't always feel comfortable saying it |

pocohantas: That heart you wanna fake-harden is the reason some of your brothers have committed suicide. They bottle up a lot inside.
Emotional people are not as bad as people make them. In fact, they are hardly ever the problem because they take their time to react or take major decisions. The problem should be the people who try to take them for a ride.
However, you shouldn’t be a pushover or an erratic guy. I have met persons who are not necessarily emotional, but they are erratic. People still call them the former when they display their madness. No I'm not in anyway erratic, I'm always considerate with my dealings. I always make sure I do what's right in my way. |

RisenPhoenix: Don't bottle up, it can depress you in the long run. But learn not to care. With your attitude, many people will take advantage of you. In Nigeria, our selfishness is supreme, and our sorry is totally meaningless. that's why Its hidden within me, with that someone can't easily take advantage of me. |

Hello nairalanders
This might sound like a kinda girlie talk but I'm a guy a real one... I discovered I'm too emotional and I think it's a problem because it's been said that as a guy/man you're always how to feel hard emotionally like you're not meant to feel shit, but mine is a different case.... The thing is, I care much about people, I'm in a way generous, harsh words hurt me a lot, I'm more of an introvert, I detest hurting anyone, A simple sorry softens my heart (if anyone does me wrong) and I hardly get angry but whenever I'm angry it's not cool at all. All these are hidden deep and you can't notice. As a man to be, do I need the hard kind of emotion/conscience and how do I develop it? |

lecoeur: pls ignore all grammatical errors tnx.
I'm been brought up in a very religious home, even most people address my father as a man of God because of his devotion in Christ which he tried to embed in his family but I noticed I'm the only one who's not really touched.
Honestly it all started when I was 13 or so (I think very much to the extent I come to a halt, my parents complain about it though), there's this thought that always comes to my head that questions the act of religion.
Like; Is it really necessary believing? Is it genuine been a religious person?
All these thoughts cloud my head, ever since my Dad fell sick (2017) I've not really been indulging in any church activity.
I keep thinking, if my father was that devoted and still he fell ill to stroke, why didn't God give him a sound health? Even my mom who hustle and prays, why has he not answered her prayer? Why is everything really falling apart or does God forsakes his servants?
It became much worse when I started residing with my uncle, here I don't go to church at all and no one's saying shit about it, so am not bothered.
I've not shared my thoughts towards religion with anyone, I don't think they'll understand me so I decided I share it on this forum. I'm just 17yrs at the moment.
Note: Am not bad, just need to rub mind with adults.
no insults pls. sorry everyone this post was made twice. ITS A MISTAKE |

Redman44: Why don't you work as a labourer/artisan on construction sites? It is one of the easiest jobs to find. I know what I am saying sounds funny, but you can actually earn some money and learn life skills in the process. Then, how long is your holiday? I guess it might not be more than a month or 6 weeks. Even if you have 2 months holiday, many employers want people that can stay on a long term basis. However, construction sites can employ you on a on and off basis. You can learn a lot of things as a labourer e.g Plastering, Block Moulding, Block Setting, Painting etc. Construction sites are all over the place. Don't dull yourself. Even if you become an Engineer or Doctor in the future, the skills you acquire as a labourer will still come in handy. Cheers. Working as a labourer demands enough strength... |

Am a quite, simple normal guy like others but it seems girls are more attracted to me and it's just exasperating...
From neighbours to school mates, church and a lot other places...
It was kinda cool when I was with my parents but right now am staying with my uncle and its even worse to the point he told me while I was away in school not less than 5 different girls come to check after me almost every day... He has started to tell me am womanising which is actually not my thing. right now am just perplexed.
some of them do tell me they feel for me whenever we are chatting on social media...
Am just a young guy not ready to go into all these love and other shits like that.. How do I just put them away without hurting their feelings..? |
Family › Re: Is it necessary to retrieve the car??....Am confused by lecoeur(op): 9:35pm On Sep 30, 2019 |
Richy4: Trust me I read it perfectly.. Based on that story, Have you considered the reason why the father deemed it necessary to get the car back after the so called first time dash? . Why do u think on his sick bed he's still thinking and mumbling about the car?
How many individuals in their right mind would give out a property like an only functioning car in the family to another when they got none to supplement it, especially when it was used in running day today business..
I still maintain that if the car is special to the Dad, and he ignorantly gave it away due to brain washing; OP should tell the mechanic family friend the circumstances surrounding the car, how special it was for his old man, pay whatever the man said was the costs of fixing it and get it back FULL STOP I considered taking the car back due to two reason being that.. my mom could be using it to transport themselves around. moving around public transport with a stroke patient is not easy at all... second reason being that they could just employ someone to be using it as a taxi.. thereby creating little income for themselves... |
