Of course you are! But it depends on what scholarship. For scholarship in Abroad I think its gonna be very difficult but for those in the country...you are good to go. Ops! Before I forget,not all scholarship in Nigeria wil accept but all you have to do is read about the scholarship you wish to apply and its criterial...Best of Luck.....*

Sure you are a new comer! As for me,I have developed Police phobia due to the nature and character of the NP. Let me tell you my encounter with those cockroaches:
My friends and I went to a Kiosk/shop some paces away from my house to buy some snacks for the evening,it was about 8pm. When we got there we requested for the commodity and while the shop owner was processing our request,a police hilux suddenly parked behind us with the police men jumping out of it and cracking their orthodox metal amulet as if they were coming to arrest a bokoharam suspect that escaped for jail.
They asked us who we were and we told them we were students but we live close by(pointing at our houses),without even hesitating they ordered us to get into their hilux,we objected but we were forced to enter.
Would you believe that we spent one full dread night in police cell(a place you should never dream of stepping foot into)? And the next day we were bailed with the some of N15 000(we were three in number) without any reason for the arrest,the only words that came out of their bucca cavities was 'late night'. From that day,I developed a phobia for the police.
