1. Account Assistant
To be part of the team of three responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate Accounting function.

Duties and Responsibilities
1] Management and reconciliation of project accounts.
2] Posting into the General Ledger.
3] Assisting in preparation of management accounts with supporting documents.
4] Assisting in preparation of accounts for Annual Audit.
5] Client accounts management and reconciliation.
6] Fixed Assets Management.
7] Assist in revenue assurance.
8] Assist in the cut over process for the new accounting software. 

Skills / Attributes Required
Previous experience in an Accounts unit/dept. (1-3years)
Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
Ideally be ICAN /ACCA qualified or studying for qualification
Good organization and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Knowledge of SAGE software will be added advantage

Academic qualification
HND/BSC in Accounting

2. Legal Officer
We seek a well-qualified legal professional to join our Legal team in providing legal opinions and advice to the company.

Responsibilities

•Provide legal and risk assessments on transactions and opportunities being investigated by the company
•Structure, negotiate and draft agreements for all business transactions involving the company
•Administration and resolution of legal issues that may arise in the company’s existing relationships with other parties and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
•Work with the Business Development Group in ascertaining and establishing the rights and titles to lands, which have been identified for project development
•Evaluate and report quarterly on the company’s risk management profile (from a legal perspective)
•Conducting legal research, fact-gathering and analysis on complex matters as may be assigned by the CEO and/or referred by other Group Heads / Business Leaders
•Monitor and provide feedback to management on legislative, regulatory and judicial developments and trends that may impact the company
•Define, defend and manage the Legal department’s annual expense budget
•Management of all insurance matters for the company

Qualification
The candidate should have a good Honours Degree with at least 3years experience in legal work; He/She should possess competent knowledge of contract law, tort, land law, administrative law, and legal drafting.

3. Accountant

Management of financial accounts and records and all tax related matters

Qualification
HND/BSC in Accounting
ICAN/ACCA qualified
3-5years experience in a similar role


Responsibilities

• Reconciles financial statements and reports
• Manages accounting activities and provides fiscal information including forms, reports, and routines.
• Responsible for all General Ledgers, month end close, account analysis, reconciliation and monthly journal entries
• Implement Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and internal account coding polices
• Implement internal control policies and procedures
• Provide recommendations for improving accounting operations
• Coordinate assembling of information for tax preparation and remittances
• Assisting with regulatory reporting
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and year-end closing process including all financial analysis and reporting such as balance sheet, statement of cash flows, profit and loss statement, budget and other variance reports, etc
• Assisting in the management and maintenance of company accounting principles, practices and procedures
