A woman in Ibadan has shocked the court of law with her narration of the tortuous se.xual experience she undergoes in her matrimonial home.

A 43-year-old woman, Omolara Acchoyame, recently dazed her husband before the Igando Customary Court in Lagos State, when she alleged that s*x with her husband was torture.

Omolara, who had filed for divorce proceedings against her husband, Solomon Acchoyame, alleged that he exhibited strange behaviours while making love to her.

She alleged that he waited for her to sleep, then without waking her up, just opens her clothes and had s*x with her, adding that she never enjoyed this.Omolara further told the court that her husband had three things which he used during s*x for lubrication, listing them as aboniki balm, mentholatum and dusting powder, adding that these things made her hate having s*x with him.

She testified that she met her husband 14 years ago and bore him three children, adding that their major quarrel was based on the fact that she didn’t know what he’s doing for a living.

We fought most times before I left home because I don’t know what he does for a living. He goes to his village three times a week and I don’t know the reason for this since his parents are dead and when he comes back, he would say he does not have any money.

“I would go to my sister to borrow money for him for his next trip. Yet, he will come back and curse me and my family and he doesn’t come home until midnight.

My husband does nothing for a living. Please dissolve the marriage so that I can start my life all over again,” she said.

In his defence, the 44 year-old husband stated that when he met his wife at the University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan, Oyo State, things were going on well for him and it was with his money that he trained her in the university.

I wasn’t particular about the sex of my first child. I have always been of the opinion that whatever comes from God, I accept. You can’t question God. If you see us together, you might think that it’s something else. I have a great bond with my son also but the bond is more between me and my daughter. How did you feel when your bundle of joy arrived, since you’ve always wanted a girl-child first?

The feeling was awesome. I wasn’t even at home that day. I was somewhere when I just got a call. It happened late at night at about 12 midnight or 1am. I was at the nightclub, I won’t lie. When I got the call from my mum that it had happened, I left the club immediately with the next available taxi because I wasn’t driving at that time and I met my mum at the hospital where my baby was delivered.

It’s like getting what you anticipated. It was a good feeling. I left all my friends at the club that night. It was a thing of joy and I will say that my daughter brought me good fortune. I wasn’t rich and I didn’t have much before her arrival. I was only hustling and going for auditions around before she came but the moment she came into this world, a lot of things changed and I could do things I couldn’t do before then. I started having good roles in the industry. I tell people sometimes that God blesses you when he knows that you have responsibilities on you. He blesses you for you to be able to meet up with your responsibilities. For me, I could tell that it happened to me when my daughter came in. How it happened, I can’t say. It just started happening. Things that were pretty difficult for me, I just snap my fingers and they start happening. Things were just flowing and to God be the glory, I have no regrets whatsoever.

A father has been hailed a hero after running into his burning house to save his baby twins.

Ray Lucas, 23, and his girlfriend Shi’Ann Brown came back from a trip to the shops to buy milk to find their home in Eastpointe, Michigan, USA, engulfed in flames.

Ray’s mother had been watching the girls and was in the front garden panicking and trying to get help.
