Hi. Let me help you. If your card is exactly like mine, there are vaccines you should have collected at birth like the BCG, OPV O, HEP O, for that just put a day after your birthday or the birthday itself. Then you'll calculate those for 6wks after 14wks till 12months. Use your phone to check your birth year, it'll help your calculations. For the card number just put anything. Also note that weight at birth question, and the extra care question 1 the answers must tally. Then for that Mother's other children, don't fill your younger siblings details, they were not born when that card should have been issued. That other remarks row just fill given all through. Just be smart and logical. For that child's residential address, I even filled where I was born not where I'm staying now.

Yeah!! Mine is exactly something like this just that it's thick and bluish green. You'll have to fill it yourself right?? And you also got it for free. Lol.

lol, you are mistaken.......i was born early 1990s and i don't even know what my immunization card looks like and don't care because i don't need it........Only posted that bcus of the dude who said he got a card which he have to fill himself, if that's the case, why will other clinics ask for money as high as 7k for same card.....He must have been given a wrong card or without any stamp....if that's the case, anybody can get the card then.....it's not about what the card looks like but what is written on it.

It isn't a wrong card. Those asking for 7k are just greedy. I was also asked to go get 3k by the hospital I was born. The only thing that hospital will do for me is fill it themselves and probably stamp it which I doubt they have the records. I can as well go back to the health centre to request for it being stamped.

Egbon, I don't think so oo. The one I got from a public health centre is kinda green sha. And it's confirmed. I got it for free sha. It's a blank card sha, I have to fill it myself.

Mr Oga, you need to buy new one jare. The school is just annoying, we'll still do medicals ooo they are asking for immunization card. Now that private hospital has seen somebody they will milk 3k from early monday morning.

Anyone who has the jamb B001, B003, medical form and undertaking form should kindly upload.

jan 15 has come and gone but U.I is still playing our hearts like lawn tennis...all my friends are now in their prospective schools,am d only one at home.

My classmate at KWASU is in 100lvl second semester, so before we resume he will be in 200lvl. And it's the same Jamb we wrote.

I don't even know. Abi what other justification can someone give to this delay if not people like him?? Today is 15th and according to Jamb, all admission processes must have ended. I'm tired of the whole thing jare.

The thing is I can get that botany any day, any time. Even without preparing for the exams.

Bro, do you know that you are part of those delaying the admission list!? Accept or reject that thing fast jare so that the quota will be filled fast fast. And if you don't want they will give another person. Anyway it's Jamb's fault they didn't enforce that 3-day deadline thing.

Even before that ASUU strike, the school went on some weeks strike (if not up to a month) before the first semester exams. Back then it was coz of some id card issue. That strike action coupled with ASUU's caused the disruption of the calendar. I'm afraid UI is becoming more like OAU. The way I see things March 23 is not likely to be resumption date. They are even starting exams in January (not all faculties) sef before they nah do holiday. I juss weak.

With the way things played out today, my candid advice to everyone is to start gathering all documents that would be required for screening (the ones you can get for now sha). Coz I was given day 6 which happened to be 4th of December so that means day 1 would be next week monday (if we take weekends out). Everyone fixed on day 1-3 will just be running about to get those documents. So to avoid unnecessary stress, try get those you can get now (fees included). I think nltaliban provided last year's requirement so use that as a guide.

This is not hacking jare, no hacker has time for all this rubbish. The ''first and the best'' ICT unit is just wack.

It really got me thinking if jamb is probably doing the confirmation maually or something coz some lines of code can easily check results and all that for hundreds of thousand applicants in a short time. Maybe it isn't automated afterall coz I don't seem to grasp the situation. You will see yours. Keep calm bro.

Well, majority of us who did the re-upload of our olevel results and beat our departmental cutoff marks are yet to receive the congratulatory message on our CAPS portal.

I know that............. As I said earlier it's just a SPECULATION.

I hope everybody re-uploaded their results when Jamb asked all candidates to do so!?? If Jamb is really the one giving the admission this year then failure to do that might stand in your way evenif you met the cutoff......... It's just a speculation sha ooooo.
