Please I want to ask a question, I lost my ID card, went to student affairs to get a new one and was told that since I have graduated they can't produce another rather I was given a letter of identification stamped and signed by the Dean student affairs.

Will that be accepted in camp?

Hy guys, i have a friend in turkey that has received his certificate today and his flight is on Saturday which is the deadline for the registration. He can do everything over there excluding finger print so therefore, i gave him an advice to assign someone in nigeria to do the finger print on his behalf and when he goes to the camp and claim its with was biometric error. Atleast he has beaten the deadline and better than waiting till march, what do you guys think
