Happy Sunday guys

Lunch is Afang soup cooked with red and yellow pepper served with fresh beef. This part of the beef is the smaller foreleg muscle, it is extra crunchy, and easily dances down your throat in rich crayfishy taste released by fresh palm oil coloured like a Nnewi sunset.

Note the Afang is pounded, not blended. More than worth the effort.

If you are wondering the difference, think Poundo vs Pounded yam.

So I made boiled Irish for dinner and decided to play around with the eggs added mixed veggies,Peri-Peri,parsley,nutmeg and curry seasoning and voila I came up with this.

Why leaving? This thread has been one of my favorite section since i discovered it nd was inspired by wonderful people on this thread including you!!

It is so heartbreaking we allow what internet trolls says affect us
Do you know hw many insults i get on nairaland, sometimes they trolled me on food section that you even witnessed but will never stop me from posting nor deactivating! You should know on internet you will experience different beings including the trolls but you shouldn't let it get to you!!

But if you need to get your mental health in check it is understandable,you can take a break nd come back when you want to.

For the trolls that will come on food section to discredit ones effort you are the problem!!

. Its really baffling how some group of trolls will just decide to hurt ones feeling not knowing their mental health status. A lot of people are going through a lot that you can't even begin to imagine. Akposy stop making this people get to you,simply ignore them,make them feel so insignificant as they are,trust me it gets to them.

So I've been craving fish for a while now and I decided to make this some hours ago,the taste was everything. I marinated the fish some hours before putting the sauce and putting in the oven. I used simple ingredients onions,2 balls of tomatoes,ginger,garlic,suya seasoning,a little groundnut oil,lots of pepper and onions.
