So I've been craving banga soup for a while now,since the governor of Kaduna state decided to relax the lockdown today so we could restock,I decided to help myself to this banging banga soup and fufu.
Sad that a mudu of fresh palm kernel seeds is now 800bucks here in the north,who we offend abeg? May God help us in this trying times

Thank you cococandy, funny how I always think of candies when I see your moniker.

So today is my birthday since we are still on lock down,I will be giving myself a special treat at home. Here is to everyone on this food thread,you all are amazing and an inspiration I've really learnt a lot here. Preston,Cococandy,Poco,mariangeles(hope the spelling is correct) Teespice,Akposy(will definately holla at you when I'm in Jos) Blueraydick and a whole lots of others too numerous to mention. Nope,I'm from Kogi State,Igala-Mela/Odolu LGA. Igbo language is what is being spoken in my place I guess cos of their proximity with the Nsukka people from Ibagwa. Funny how the Nigerian map is though!
