Bro, there are many deciding factors to how much juice you can get out of yur battery on an android device and i'm sure you know this. The tecno rating is not a real life situation rating, you will be surprised at the big difference you will get when you test it. I am sure the W450 will certainly give you more than 5 hours in standby with the 3G on but i am not certain it will give you more than that in use....you know they are different things. People also keep forgetting the Tecno M5 is a DUAL CORE phone while the W450 is a Quadcore!! OF course i'm sure you know a quadcore processor consumes more power relatively more than a dual core. You can underclock your processor to improve power consumption too when in light use or when in standby using apps like "SetCPU"....these and many more should be put in mind by everyone....IMO BIG BROS..thnx 4ur reply bt, u got it wrong som whr. A QUAD CORE DEVICE CONSUMES LESS POWER DAN A DUAL CORE. It's not d other way round pls. Dat is, if W450 were having A 1800MAH battery, it should even out last Tecno M5, let alone wen it's 2000MAH battery. As it's it should outlast even Tecno M7 since M7 is dual core. Bro u are right but not totally correct, on a normal ground quad core consume more power than dual core but for quad core to consume lesser power that's where all this big names comes in like samy Sony lg and the rest they provide soft desperately to make that happened.

I'm a first time android user, I bought my m5, rooted it and started downloading like a mad man. Accidentally, I downloaded one font application like that which eventually became the beginning of my agony. when I chose a font and applied, and did the reboot to affect changes, the phone took way more than the usual time to boot pass the techno logo level. ever since, further boot or rebooting would not go pass the techno logo level. meaning that each time I want to boot my phone I would do so in recovery mode which of course doesn't go expressly unless I factory reset in that mode and then subsequently do a reboot in that mode immediately. tnx to titanium backup app that I have been using to recover my user app each time I do the factory reset. but then, I'm tired of doing factory reset each time I want to boot my phone. In my opinion, I think that the font tampered with my booting " stuff" but I really do not know what to do now. please house, I would appreciate your suggestions.
