So Ferguson was knighted for winning 1 CL. Yet Zidane has won 2 in 2 seasons
no. he was knighted for his treble winning exploits and contribution to British football. zidane should go ask the French monarchy to knight him then.

Thank you Sis.

But still, the nagging question remains,,

What then is the use of guardian angels?

Like, maybe angels don't think like me,,

But I would feel somehow if I was assigned as an angel to cater to someone and the person, being conscious of my presence decides to leave me Jobless to go and seek out another angel.

Maybe it's just me being human with my thinking though cheesy

virtually d whole football world is amazed that De gea did not make d list.
meaning he was suppose to have made it.

https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/78comb/according_to_fifa_david_de_gea_is_not_one_of_the/

De Gea could claim to be the outright best keeper in the world so the fact he was overlooked completely is baffling.
His absence is so unexpected you can’t help but wonder if there has been an admin error somewhere in the process.
If not, then what are the national captains, coaches and media representatives of the world thinking?
Even Claudio Bravo made the list and his performances for City have been notoriously disappointing.
Better than De Gea in 2017 apparently…
De Gea is held in high regard by fans all over the world and not just those who support Man United or Spain.
The 26-year-old is the only player in United’s history to be named as the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year three seasons in a row (13/14 – 15/16) and his consistently world-class shot stopping has earned his club a considerable number of points in the last year alone.
The whole thing is a farce — plain and simple.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) / Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by lekkie073(m): 4:40pm On Oct 24, 2017
Where is David De Gea? It's not a question often asked when shots are flying towards Manchester United's goal.
But when FIFA released their voting sheets for their Best Goalkeeper of 2017 award, it was particularly relevant.
Not because De Gea didn't win the trophy handed out as part of FIFA's The Best awards in London on Monday night, although you could argue he should have.
It went to Gianluigi Buffon who, at the age of 39, led Juventus to the Champions League final. Fair enough.
It was because De Gea did not appear on the list at all . Not one nomination. Not one vote.
According to FIFA , the award "rewards the best goalkeeper, regardless of championship or nationality, for his achievements during the period from Nov. 20 2016 to July 2 2017 inclusive" and the "winner of the award will be selected by a panel of experts including former goalkeepers and strikers."
Buffon got more than 40 percent of the vote. Manuel Neuer more than 30 percent. Keylor Navas and Thibaut Courtois got about 10 percent each.
Hugo Lloris, Jan Oblak, Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Alisson picked up votes.
Claudio Bravo, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Ederson and Iran's Alireza Beiranvand were all among the nominees. But not De Gea.
Ummm, where's David De Gea? pic.twitter.com/y4Dc2XM8gy
— Simon Peach (@SimonPeach) October 23, 2017
The Spain international does not do many interviews, but put up for a news conference by United before the Champions League clash with Basel last month, the first two questions were telling.
Firstly, was an incredible save from Jese against Stoke two days earlier his best ever? And secondly, does he think he is the best goalkeeper in the world? De Gea answered both with more modesty than was needed.
"Best in the world" is a phrase thrown around a lot in football circles, often prematurely.
But on a night that honoured the world's best players, De Gea's omission was unbelievable. Just like some of his saves.

to be honest, after a long while in the work I came to see rampa as not being a bonafide adept of occult lores.

Sure, novels are interesting. His methods were simplistic, incomplete and mostly watered down Hermetic practice. He described one method of opening the third eye which was simply horrific. No serious practitioner takes Rampa seriously. I should add...in my view.
in my culture there is a saying that if u can't buy a lie, u won't ever come across the truth.

Hnmmmmn so many pertinent questions. The question is what is heaven and what is hell? Could they be opposite states of mind?

I will share an experience with You. When my dad died I was 16 i had left the hospital with my brother and less than 48 hours later I was informed that he had passed On. Fast forward to about 3 days later, I had a "dream".

In this "dream" I saw my Dad, I was shocked and accidentally blurted out " but I thought you were dead". He looked at me and asked in his characteristic fashion " who told you I'm dead?" Before I could reply he said " did you SEE me die? I'm here".

He looked and acted exactly the same I didn't tell anyone except my mum. But after that day I was convinced that there was a place souls went that was not the hell described in church.

I am of the opinion that some of us hang around here for a while due to our attachments after which we go on a long, long journey.

Have you ever read Wondered in the spirit lands by Franchezzo? Some of the events recounted might be at variance with what you might beleive... But, you never know.
and to further buttress ur point I will advice anyone who wishes to know more about life after death to read up 'three lives' by lobsang rampa
