It is intriguing that this government is bent on ruining the operations of DStv in Nigeria. If not, why this obsession about the price(s) a private organisation that is tax compliant and employing many Nigerians charges for its services? This is a government that has fallen short in meeting the basic needs of its citizenry. Do we enjoy the value of what we pay for electricity? Yet the government is not concerned about that. What about the pump price of fuel? We are buying at N150 per litre, yet the government is not too bothered. The Nigerian currency has lost value almost to the extent that the CFA is appreciating against our Naira, the government is still not bothered. What about VAT? The 100% increment in fares of train services on the Abuja-Kaduna route? The government should be more concerned about the basic needs of Nigerians rather than poking its eyes into other matters. I keep saying this, if DStv is squeezed out of Nigeria, what will happen to the Nigerians working there. For them to join the increasing labour market? Nigerian government, biko let DStv alone!! |
For how long will people go about with unsubstantiated allegations? All in the name of peddling misinformation? We must desist from tribal sentiments if we want to move forward as a country. Because Babatunde Fowler is Yoruba, he is being accused of supporting entertainers from the South West only. Haha ? Nigerians!!!!!This is just another campaign of calumny. Another group of people seeking cheap publicity!! No story jor!!! |
nwaanambra1:Must you see everything in that light? Do you know how many Nigerians are working in DStv? Even MTN that you mentioned, do you know how many Nigerian families are benefitting? Please get real and go beyond your myopic sentiments. If TStv is worth its salt and can give DStv what it takes, so be it but dont let us bring selfish sentiments to all of this!!! |
TStv, must you engage in bad belle to enter the digital satellite television business in Nigeria? I guess this company is afraid of its own shadow. Why try to paint your competitor bad even before you deplore any signal at all? Haba, this is not how to do business. If you are really serious about this business, roll out your business operations on November 1 like you promised, that is if you don't fail to again. TStv, please get serious!!! |
