I have taken my Redmi 9c to slot, they redirected me to redmi service center, they have collected the phone, they said i am getting another unit. They told me to wait for their phone.

I am having problem with activating my sim cards with my the cloud, this could be the culprit, it sends international sms, which costs from #35-50 per sms, but it keeps getting failed

I understand your case. Those warranty stuff na scam. Bought an itel phone some months ago (not slot tho) and discovered that it takes 6hours to charge. Tried returning it but they declined.

As for your case, since it's software issue, you fit try clearing the data of the find device app... or play around with some settings you can try.

Maybe, guys who can flash xiaomi devices can help you install the firmware afresh.

Or maybe an OTA update would fix it. But I can almost assure you that the issue can be fixed since it's a software problem.

I appreciate fam,this the third time the phone is getting wiped,I am losing my file, I spent more than 5k data in restoring old apps as android policy forbids sending some apps.

I have known fair and well that taking it to them would barely yeild anything positive. All these warranty and Guarantee things are all facade of false security; it is time for Slot and Xiaomi to take responsibility but anyway, all is well.

I took the phone(Xiaomi Redmi 9c) to slot today, they tried blaming it on me, they said the error could have been from the memory card, their engineers said which apps am I using? they wiped it again without my consent which made me lose all my data again, they told me to use it now without memory,and if I will use memory card at all, I should use New San disk. Then I asked the salesman what would be outcome, if the phone does repeat the same problem, he told they will send to their service center.

Pls, my phone redmi 9c has started rebooting again, it prompting find my phone error again, I am going to slot tomorrow, I hope for the best, I have know xaiomi since xaiomi redmi note 2 but, my relationship with Xaiomi has started on a rocky path.

That another user, I was the one told to return my phone, and I'm waiting to see if the problem would persist; I'm giving the phone the space of a week.

I got my Romoss solo 6(16kmah) in 2018 at the rate of #6500, it still delivers like new till date. I have had bad experience with new age products. I had a new age 15800mah power bank, which its battery started messing up after two years; same thing with the previous one b4 15k new age: this new age was 8000mah which fumbled too.

P.s
My roommate had Oraimo 10kmah, which really served him very well.
