The only feature I was expecting them to get rid off is the Camera not completely full screen (1st image)

Then the annoying Google AdSense on Factory apps like music app etc (2,3&4 image)

The solution to this is on the thread app. Nigeria region hardly get ads. You only get ads if you had changed your phone's region to maybe India

Look well. Better dark mode, control center if you fancy it, some other improvements, you just need to be observant, you will see them as you use the phone.

Back them up somewhere else.

I thought someone once suggested returning the phone to where you bought it.

Have you tried updating your phone to see if it rectifies it?

There is no perfect assembly line.
I couldn't back them up cause it was rebooting every 8 seconds if i try to do anything. I have done the hard reset now resetting up the phone. all my files are gone.

Please I want to upgrade from Tecno and someone suggested Redmi 8 Pro.
My budget is 80k, which I think is not enough.
Please suggest a good Redmi phone that can go for that price. Thanks

Redmi Note 8 and Redmi Note 9 with about 3k addition (seller dependent).

You are left with Redmi 9A, Redmi 8A and 2/32GB Redmi 9C but 3k added to that can snatch you a 3/64GB Redmi 9C

Nothing is wrong with the battery. If you're using MTN then it's prolly from them. Their network has been in Shambles for over a week plus now.

Please, where can I get redmi 8 charger?
I'm in Benin.

My charger blew and smoke came out. However, it's still working, but it now gets very hot. I no longer use it to charge my phone in fear of it damaging the phone. When I plug it, my phone's screentouch stops working well. Am I too paranoid? Is it okay to continue using it to charge my phone?
Right now, I only use it to charge my power bank while I manage an infinix charger head + redmi cord to charge the phone.

Bruh, stop using that charger immediately. That's a disaster waiting to happen.

You can make camera full screen. For those ads, open the app settings and turn off recommendations.
